Unfortunately my experience with them was not great.
I purchased SIM card, it worked a few days, however, the SIM card and the phone stopped working after a few days.
Telcel chat support (only in Spanish) was not helpful so I had to go back to the store.
Initially the person told me that I used up my data (I purchased for 15 days where I only needed 8 days), as of yesterday when it stopped working I only used 3 days. Since he was confident that the reason was the lack of data I had to buy more data for 30 days, where I only needed for 4 more days.
Unfortunately that DID NOT fix the issue, still could not call or text. I demanded for refund since they forced me to purchase something I did not really need.. they were adamant and refused.
I just purchased there, 15 minutes ago, based on the guy's recommendations...HELLO!!
For a brief moment it seemed to have worked so I just left (knowing that I completely wasted my 200 pesos f'or extra data that I wont be even needing) and again it stopped working an hour later.
