I bought an extra battery for my iPhone and my tablet at Mobo on La called Genoa. The woman I dealt with, showed me a battery and said the cable was included in the package. Got back to my hotel and couldn't figure out how to attach the phone to the battery. So I went back and dealt with another woman who showed me how to attach what to what. The cable has three heads and you have to attach one to the other before connecting the battery to the phone. Fine at first but then 20 minutes later, it stopped charging. I used another cable and it was fine. Ditto for my tablet plus I was informed that " this accessory may not be supported ". So I returned to the store and in my most limited Spanish explained the situation. Their answer was that the battery is guaranteed but not the cable. How crazy is that. The cable comes with the battery under the Mobo name. I consider this to be misinformation on their part. Why bother including the cable with the battery if it's not going to work. Why bother? Sell the battery, no cable, and explain to the client that cables are not included. Then, trying to contact Mob directly has been impossible, so this is my only venue to express how totally dissatisfied I am with product and service people. Be assured that I will share my experience with as many people as I can and warn them that this company does not stand behind it's product especially as the product was bought 8 days before I returned to Mobo for the third time.
