They were awesome, fixed my phone super fast! Plus a cool vibe in there- felt like being in a friend's place. Muchas Gracias

Updated Review 10/15/23: After the issues listed below, I went to a different phone company to get my phone fixed. They did a diagnostic and found that the original battery was removed from my phone. Fix Friends stole the original battery from my phone and installed a cheaper version. Attached is confirmation from a different company that the original battery was removed. Keep in mind, the day I went to get my phone fixed for just a broken screen and back, one of the staff members said that I may experience battery issues, and they claimed this was "completely normal." My phone which costs $1000 ($18,091.30 Mexican Pesos) is completely damaged now. Please avoid this place! It may seem like they are fixing your items, but they are actually being very shady and could potentially be stealing from you as well without you knowing it. First review 08/22/23: Complete trash and unprofessional. I came to Fix Friends with a broken screen and back. And I ended up leaving with more problems. I had to return to Fix Friends four times just to get the same issues fixed. My microphone/speaker stopped working, the front screen kept falling off, and my battery and logic card were completely ruined. The worker Luis is completely sketchy, immature, irresponsible, dishonest and then tried to blame me for the issues instead of acknowledging and taking responsibility for the bad service and not actually fixing my phone. If my phone was fixed the first time I wouldn't have to keep returning. I would avoid this place at all cost. If I could give a zero rating, I would. read more

I recently came to Fix friends to get the back glass on my phone repaired because it was cracked. I was told that I had to replace the entire back of my phone to fix the issue. Today, my phone stopped working and will no longer turn on. When I went to the Apple store to have it fixed, they told me to replace the back glass Fix Friends did not actually have to take the phone apart and replace the entire back of the phone. They also found that one of the parts was from a whole different model of iPhone. I now have to purchase a whole new phone. read more

I needed a fast fix on a battery for my iPhone. Luis was able to take care of me very quickly! The price of the battery was very affordable. They were able to change out the battery as I waited. It might have been 10-15 mins and during that time I was able to pet Pluton the lovely dog assistant. I suggest Fix Friends for a quick, affordable and accurate work. read more

Luis and crew were amazing. Brought in my electronics that had been soaked and they were able to quickly repair my iPhone. the laptop wasn't able to be brought back to life, but they did a great job of tearing it down, cleaning it, and didn't even want to charge me because they couldn't fix it! Amazing guys, highly recommended. read more

FixFriends was a great experience to have my iPhone glass replaced. They took me right in and started the repair while I waited and was kept company by Loca, the company mascot. The repair was completed with apple parts and done in less than 15 minutes. They take credit cards, but do charge extra for that. We made a quick trip to the ATM and settled on the original cash price $1400 pesos. 'Loved the experience and will be back for future phone needs. Protip: Several people there speak english if you need it. And as the 1st reviewer said, enter through the door marked "dentistista" as noted by their sidewalk sign. read more

Fix friends is awesome- super quick and friendly dudes (also speak English). iPhone 6s screen was completely busted and touchscreen didn't work at all. Luis put a new screen on in 15 minutes or less. This screen is much better than the previous one I had fixed in San Francisco. I talked to the doorman security guard, and he led me up to their shop. In and out with a new screen for cheaper than I would pay in SF. Thank you guys! read more
