The vehicle failed the smog due to a missing sticker on an aftermarket intake that was previously installed by the last owner. I understand there are California smog rules regarding CARB-approved parts, but the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional. During the visit, I was also told I could "pay extra" to pass the smog, which raised serious concerns for me. Smog checks should be done fairly and according to state regulations.I left feeling uncomfortable and decided to take my business elsewhere.
