The Brake Fluid Flushed and add New. 2. The Power Steering Fluid Flushed and add New. 3. Install a New Fuel Filter. 4. Remove the old Transmission Fluid and add New. 5. Do a dio-test on the Transmission to determine why it is hesitating at acceleration. And 5. Its Rear Lift Gate is only opening up a foot then closing back down... They had our Escalade for 3 week's and today, 08/25/26, texted us to come pick it up, they droved it for 3 day's and couldn't get the Transmission to hesitate... And they didn't perform any of the other 4 requested services !!! We picked it up today 08/25/26 @ 11am with a charge of $252.00 for them riding it around on my Dime (Gas) and what ever Dio-Test they did... My comments at pickup were "Doesn't Parker want to make any money ??? Why didn't the Tech start at the Easy Service Requests #1, #2, #3 and get them out of the way ?" Well, we bought this used Escalade from Parker on October 2014 with 65,000 miles and we were going to keep it and buy a New CT5 from them,,, """NOT NOW""" !!! We are in our late 70's and the CT5 (5 year/50,000 mile Guarantee) was going to be our last New Car purchase... Now we are looking at the Foreign Makes that have a 10 year/100,000 mile Guarantee... They ran a diagnostic on our car with a scanner and didn't find any errors. I can't remember which one of them tapped the emergency brake but the light went out. I then came back on and he did it again. Again it went off. He took the car for a ride to test the brakes and all was fine!! He said we were good to go and the warning light shouldn't come back but if it did just hit the emergency brake. We tried to pay them and they said no we didn't do anything to fix the car. They were both professional and knowledgeable. We have thanked God several times for leading us to Joe's shop! She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake, and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.
