I make it home, my girl unboxes her NEW pen and right out the gate you can hear some loose parts wigglin' around in there. I'm no engineer, but the rattle of parts never led to any good in my books... I get right back in my car and make it to the smoke shop only for the guy who had helped me earlier then tell me that he could not exchange the pen because the rattle of parts was not enough of a valid reason of exchange and since the box was open there was nothing he could do... So just make sure you shake the boxes whenever buying here. Imma just go elsewhere. Thanks for being blunt on how you run your business and sparing me of a waste of time in future visits!
