We just completed our second adventure with Cabo Sailing and it was as perfect as our first trip…read more We got great communications in advance, met at the dock and they had us board a few mins early. We met Israel our Captain and Raul. They kept saying "for the next 3 hours, this boat is yours" and we had the best time. Our previous trip was more focused on swimming and snorkeling but this time we wanted to see the whales. We enjoyed every minute on the boat. We were pampered and cared for, they provided lots of info but were never intrusive. We had great drinks all day followed by a lunch (some reviewers called it a "snack" but I feel like it was so much food and plenty for lunch). We LOVE Cabo sailing and can't wait to come back for a third time! Thank you!

We booked this for the Saturday after Thanksgiving, about a couple days in advance. Gary was the captain. We saw whales and pods of dolphins, and he managed to drive us til we were in the middle of the dolphins, seeing them dive out of the water right next to us and seeing them directly under our boat! He also let the kids steer a bit which was exciting for them. Another man was our host and guide - he told us a little about the geography and history of the area and served us our food and drink. The boat was very clean, including the bathrooms. We were asked to leave our shoes in a bin at the dock and it felt fine walking around barefoot on the boat. This sail included dinner but it was more like appetizers: Chips & Guac, a plate of cheese/meats/french bread. Unlimited drinks.

There are places in the world you should see... and then there are places you have to experience…read more One of those is Lover's Beach. Tucked right beside the famous El Arco de Cabo San Lucas, this little stretch of sand sits where the Pacific Ocean shakes hands with the Gulf of California. Boats can't always nose right up to shore, so sometimes they anchor out and well congratulations, you're swimming the rest of the way. Not exactly the plan when you're holding a drink and thinking about tacos. But there I was, staring at that water thinking, alright... here we go. First step in refreshing. Second step whoa, that's colder than advertised. But once you're in, you're in, and suddenly the whole thing turns into the kind of travel story you remember forever. And that's Cabo in a nutshell. Music drifting through the air, drinks flowing, tacos somewhere nearby, somebody laughing so hard the whole beach joins in. My wife was cracking up, people were singing, and the day just kept rolling like a perfect Baja postcard. Lovers Beach itself is only reachable by boat, which somehow makes it feel like a little secret tucked against those golden rock formations. You look around and think, yeah... this is the good stuff. So if you make it to Cabo, don't just look at it from the boat jump in, swim if you have to, and make the memory. Trust me... that's the story you'll still be telling later.

To say this is my friend who lives in Cabo's favorite thing to do is absolutely no joke. We were…read morethere for six days and went out on these boats three times, two daytime trips and one sunset cruise. I personally loved the sunset cruise the most since my skin and the sun are not exactly best friends. That boat had more shaded areas and a relaxed cocktail vibe that made it easy to just sit back and enjoy. That said, the day cruises are pure energy. Fun, fun, and more fun from start to finish. Brandon is the star of the show. Think Julie McCoy but better. He makes it his mission to ensure every single person on that boat is having the time of their life, and somehow he actually pulls it off. The captain is excellent, very safety conscious, and the boat itself feels well maintained and comfortable. The day cruise includes a simple lunch with turkey, ham, or veggie sandwiches along with chips and cookies, but honestly you are not there for the food. You are there for the experience. Drinks are flowing all day, and after snorkeling Brandon makes his rounds with tequila shots over and over again, so maybe plan accordingly. The office can be a little tricky to find the first time, but once you know where it is, you are set. I believe it runs around $100, and it is worth every penny. This is truly a must do if you are in Cabo. Be sure to tip well these guys work hard, if you can afford a vacation, you can afford to be a generous tipper to these hard working folks in Mexico. I saw one lady with her family of 3 put a $20 in the tip jar and ask for $5 back- SHAME on her. We tipped $50 for 2 people.

The crew is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. We were invited to a private yacht experience to cruise by the arches and do some snorkeling and…read morelunch. We were excited to head out on a beautiful clear day. We were picked up by a driver in a passenger van prior and dropped off after which was great since we knew we would have some cocktails on board the boat. He was great! Very nice and took good care of us. When we arrived, the driver escorted us to the Cabo Adventure center where we were met by one of the crew members and then escorted to the boat following check-in. We walked a short distance to the boat, passing by many vendors and shops who of course chased you down for sales, donations, etc. But all is good, just say no thank you and they leave you alone. We arrived to the boat and were introduced to our captain, and team. Mauricio, Manuel and Derick. All three were very nice. They catered to whatever we requested from drinks, lunch and snorkeling time. When we arrived, they shared we had a photographer taking pictures throughout the day. I was excited as I am usually the one always taking photos so it would be nice to have a photographer taking pictures of our group instead of me. And, to have professional photos would be great! I only snapped a couple of pictures as we boarded because it looked like he was taking a lot of photos of us in front of the arches, hanging on the boat, etc. throughout the afternoon. I also thought the photos were included. They are not. The boat ride was great. Drinks were great. They made cocktails for us. Snorkeling was nice. Views were beautiful. They answered our questions of the area. We have a delicious light lunch of chips and guac, pasta salad, chicken salad and fruit. The staff couldn't be nicer. The photographer is nice. When we arrived back at the center, we were directed to the "photography" area where we quickly learned our photos would be $200! I calmly said let me look at the photos because if they are really that good, I'll pay for great photos. Sadly, they were all just awful! Only 1 decent photo out of 50 or so photos and even that photo needed major editing. Shadows, weird light. We had 2 different group shots. The photos in front of the arches, the top of the arches were cut off! Who cuts off the arches? Not one good picture in front of the arches. They do NOT have professional photographers my friends. Take your own photos. Don't let them convince you otherwise. I still purchased 3 photos as I thought I could use apps to improve them and wanted a memory of our day. $100 for 3 photos. Such a disappointment. I want to give this company 3 stars because of the photo situation but the rest of the experience was great and the photo situation is obviously a personal preference. If I had any photos other than 2, I would share them, TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS. Do not let them talk you into their photographer or you will be disappointed and out a lot of money.

Our trainer and instructor Nely was great, important and useful information on safety for both us humans and dolphin Kobe, some general guidelines plus buoyancy jackets and masks brought to us. Kobe is a four year old male, excited to have new friends to show off his talents, and had fun with us and loved his gentle massages. I could've stayed in the water all day but of course couldn't .. Nely taught how to get Kobe to spin, be a shark zooming to us, blowing underwater rings, and other tricks. Best morning experience coming here. There are lockers as you're not allowed to keep jewelry, watches, earrings and such on while in with the dolphins; NO sunscreen either, but call and ask about reef safe sunscreen when you book if it's ok: I believe the policy is absolutely none. We don't want to unwittingly harm the dolphins when hugging ! I suggest you book direct with them as opposed to through your hotel or other agencies. While waiting to be escorted to the pool there's some chairs and tables in the shade near the lockers, after you check in. Inside you can have sandwiches and some other snacks, beer, sodas and such; also a selection of T-shirts, sweatshirts rashguards, hats, and lots of dolphin plushies.

I contacted them to cancel multiple times more than 24 hours in advance of our scheduled tour, but they refused to refund our money. Their refund policy states that I should get back 80%, but it's been months and I haven't received anything. They probably would have had to cancel the tour because of the weather anyway. Don't use this company!

Knowing it's a 20 minute walk from the place where the cruise ship tender drops you off to the place where the tour boats dock, we decided to scout it out the night before. The email from the company instructed us to check in at the Roger's office ("kiosko 2") to ensure we got the correctly-fitting snorkeling gear, so we went looking for the office using a map from the Roger's website and Google maps. We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

Upon returning, the manager of the booth claimed we had crashed 2 jet skis together, a claim that was denied by the worker who was with us on the water! Obviously, we did not crash the vehicles, and if we had, we would have understood the extra charge. The owner stated that we would be charged an extra $500, and refused to give back the credit card until we signed for this fraudulent charge. He then asked if we wanted the police to become involved, to which we responded yes, as we knew we had done nothing wrong. However, he refused to call the police, and kept the card locked in a box that he kept on him. It was clear he threatened the use of police to intimidate us into signing the enormous bill. Most recently, we booked the 4-hour sunset charter on the 60' yacht, and from beginning to end, everything exceeded expectations. The experience started before we even stepped on the boat. Communication leading up to the charter was seamless, organized, and reassuring. This is a company that knows exactly how to treat their guests. Setting the menu was easy and they were happy to accommodate our requests. The boat itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The yacht felt private and relaxed, with plenty of room to spread out, whether you wanted to lounge in the sun, sit back with a drink, or take in views from the front. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the crew. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. They anticipated every need without ever being intrusive, keeping drinks full and the energy light and enjoyable the entire time. The food and drinks were outstanding. For some in our party it was the best meal of the trip. Everything was fresh and flavorful, far beyond what you'd expect on a boat. The cocktails were excellent, and we are still dreaming about the watermelon juice. The captain positioned us perfectly to see some amazing whales and other marine animals. I saw the closest breach I've ever experienced. It feels life-changing to be so close to them. This wasn't just a boat ride, it was an experience.
