Do not be tempted to buy cabinets from here. We purchased both the Gracious home custome cabinets and the pre made cabinets and both have chipped in less than 1 year. They do not warranty any of finish on their products at all. r have not even been able to receive touch up paint. The customer service in their so called warranty department is non existent and again they will not warranty any finish issues after installation. My cabinets are chipping in multiple areas from the Gracious home customer line. This is so sad and unfortunate but please save your money and go to a local cabinet company. read more

Even one star is way too high for this bunch of careless amateurs. When my order arrived it did not include hardware that I specifically picked out. How do leave something out like that.? Bought my own at Home Depot then found out that the installer would not install them because they were not the official hardware 2 weeks wait to get the preferred ones. Got the labor charge refunded and did them myself. Then there was the matter of leaving out the "free" sink. So who assumes you don.t want the free sink? even after you pick it out. 2 weeks delay again. Paid for one my self from Mercato stone who needed it to size the hole. Then to top it all off I ordered four cabinets that were supposed to have one shelf . They were floor cabinets. Wondered why I found the shelves sitting on top of the counter. They all had hokes drilled in only one side thus the shelves could not be supported on one side. A new set was required which was yet another screw up this time by the factory I drilled and placed support brackets and fashioned pegs for the holes drilled from dowels. I was sufficiently disgusted with the service and lack of attention to detail that I did most of the work myself Mercato Stone. It took three visits to fix a cutting error and finally get the angles correct for the backsplash. The 2 fellows they sent twice I realized were not properly trained, The last guy they sent actually knew what he was doing. They were nice guys but first visits were done without supervision Suffice it to say that you would have to have your head examined to do business with these guys from Cabinets to Go By the way the installer Sun Coast construction knew there were not enough holes drilled for the shelves and did not inform me which why I found them stacked and not installed read more

I went to Cabinets to go for a kitchen remodel and I ended up with the best experience and kitchen that I could ever hopped for. The kitchen came out fantastic. Josh was very helpful in making my dream kitchen comes true. I also got the installer through them and he was very very good. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. I can't even begin to say what a sh*t sh*w this company is. CTG promise the world until you sign the papers and give them your money. Once you've done that your screwed. The cabinets are garbage. The doors hit when I open them. Every time I answered my phone they needed more money, and another contract signed. Then your told to hurry or it will delay the install. The nobs don't line up and you have to buy the nobs they offer, or the installer won't put them in. One of the installers stunk like pot. Do what you want but don't come into my home stinking of fresh smoked marijuana. I won't even get into the woman that came to measure our kitchen who was the installers girlfriend (5 feet tall) and couldn't reach anything AND tells us that this isn't really her job, but her boyfriend was busy!??! Free sink?? That's a laugh, none of the sinks I liked where in stock, so again your forced to pick something else that you didn't like or want or they say "well, that's going to delay the install and cost you money for holding your cabinets in the warehouse". Always a threat of delay and NEVER calls back!!! We told them if we liked this job we had a few other jobs for them to do. Paid my $99.00 for measure appt on 7/16 I called on August 4 since no one had called me. I Was told they did try to get a hold of me - my cell phone records all missed calls and NOT one was from them or any unrecognized call for that matter. I requested a refund and was told by Vince I would have it , to wait like 72 hours. Fast forward it's 8/19 and still no refund. I called customer care and they need to investigate. I went to RTA and already have my new cabinets! Stay away - the reviews are true. They don't show up for measure appts or follow through on promises. I will up date when I get my 99 back! read more

I ordered laminate countertops from CTG. One right hand miter and a left hand miter. The miter slots didn't line​ up . They were off 3 inches. It also had flaws in the laminate. I filed a claim and was told that because they were installed they rejected my claim. I had taken it out of the cardboard and set it on the cabinets to take a picture of the flaws and they considered it installed. Well since I couldn't use the countertops I returned the end caps, to the store, and I was charged a 25% ($22.00) "return shipping charge". This, of course, was my first and last time doing business with CTG. Worst customer service EVER!! read more

I can't recommend this place. They have great salesman who "sucked me in" (my fault) and then the problems started. There are many fees that are hidden until the purchase is complete, such as charging for the shelves for the cabinets and delivery/handling fees. The delivery driver knocked a big hole in our Sheetrock, then claimed the hole was already there. My contractor literally saw him hit the Sheetrock. I received Zero reimbursement for the repair. Kitchen cabinets I ordered were sent in the wrong color. A bathroom vanity was ordered, then the stuff I received was totally different and incorrect sizes. I had to pay extra shipping/handling charges for their mistakes. There's more but I think you get the picture. When I had so many problems with the orders the salesman ghosted me. Now I'm stuck with four assembled cabinets worth over 2k assembled that Cabinets to Go won't let me return. Maybe it's just the Naples store. I recommend you shop elsewhere. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the absolute worse customer service company. I order my cabinets and waited the 3 weeks, as directed, call to confirm delivery date, and was told they never ordered the cabinet. "this happens" is what I was told. I asked if they could put a rush order through, told no. Received cabinets and 1 was cut incorrectly on 3 panels. Retuned to company and told still no ruch on reorder. Please read the fine print. If they send you a damaged or poorly cut cabinet- you have to send pictures to confirm your claim and then they reorder just the damage part. If once you continue to put orginal cabinet and realize more damaged parts, the process starts all over again. Finally ordered a entirely new cabinet, waited for planned delivery date, called to ask if I could plan for a delivery and VINCE told me, "don't hold my breath for the delivery to happen today". He would not check the expected delivery log. I called customer service during1st issue and was told "I should read the fine print". I still do not have the orginal cabinet. Buyer Beware. The customer service is terrible from local chain to the customer service line. The store manager did try to help but it did not help. My project has been delayed for months. read more

Very long story short as can be. On 8/22/22 we went to the Naples, FL store. We were satisfied both with the price as well as the time frame offered to us, for delivery and installation which was three weeks for delivery and another week for installation so we ordered and paid the full price at that time. Installer came a week or so later and confirmed the measurements. After that we heard nothing for well over a month so we stopped by the Naples store and were told that our salesman was not there and they were not sure when or if he would return. We then spoke with the store manager who assured us that he would look into it and call us. He never called so after a week we returned to the store and were told that the manager was now also not there and would not be back for two or three weeks. It was suggested that we call customer service, which we did. we were told by customer service that they would get us answers but they never called back. Frustrated, we sent an E-Mail to the president of the company and received a call from the regional manager who said he would get us some answers as it had now been over seven weeks or so and no one seemed to know anything about our order or even where it was. Received a call the next day from him. He said that our order was and had been sitting in the local distribution center for some time and he apologized and said that he would expedite both delivery and installation. That was the last we ever heard from him and when delivery was finally made it was partially the wrong stuff as well as partially damaged. After several weeks not hearing from the installer we contacted him ourselves and he stated that he had never been contacted by CTG. The only bright spot is that we were able to schedule him ourselves and he did do a very good job. So after almost three months, not three weeks we have finally been installed. We would never recommend nor use CTG again and it"s too bad as they do have a good product. Only wish that they were better organized and would follow through with promised phone calls. read more

Awful business - they won't even call back with billing inquires for 5 weeks now. We've requested 6 times via email invoicing, with follow calls of false promises / The cabinets order was incorrect on two occasions - they told me to call Ft Myers store to see if they had correct product. The storage dude took smoke breaks during our loading. Manager Bob LaCourciere is such an awful poor communicator - inability to provide final receipts for what I paid for. The experience has been difficult every since we placed the order. Materials were incorrect and ordered wrong, I have not be able to get my sales receipt for the cabinets or countertops and am not sure what the final number is. Awful experience that just won't end. Process started in June, 2021 and they still can't, or won't complete the order in now October. I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they have assured me the item is at the store, but when I go to pick it up, they tell me it's not there. Finally I requested the item be shipped to another store. I was told they would call when it arrived. No call. I then called the store on a Thursday, and was told it was there on a truck, but that they could not unload until Tuesday. I cannot install the cabinets without this piece. Coincidentally, when I was on the phone, a salesman was carrying on in the background about another customer that had been waiting for a filler, who was likely at his wits end like me. He was yelling that someone needs to complete the transaction with this customer, as he would "go off on him", and that he should stop being a "wanna be contractor" and stick to being a fireman. If I tried, I could not make this up. I would recommend any other merchant for your cabinet needs. You pay up front, and they just don't deliver as they promise. read more

Do NOT go to the Naples Cabinet To Go store. We have been waiting 4 months for our order to be completed. They do not answer the phone, and never know what has arrived in their wearhouse. Sales man J does not care about the outcome once the order is written and has made meaurement mistakes, ordering the wrong cabinet size and omitting other items from the order. The manager M has repeatedly told us that items have been ordered or that he would check on things and call us. We have contacted customer service repeatedly who also verify that the store does not answer the phone. read more

The folks at Cabinet 2 Go are great. The product they sell is top notch, and easy enough for a DIY'er like myself to make a great set of cabinets. I did two bathroom vanities. I would not hesitate to use these cabinets for kitchens also. I was at first skeptical about cabinetry I had to assemble, but it was really easy. When I did have an issue with a particular part, I could either visit the show room and see how the cabinet was assembled, or ask them for help, which was always provided (and usually free!). I got along well with Bob L, the store manager. He was constantly helpful!! I would use their product again in a heartbeat. read more

I went to Cabinets to Go having never been there and wanting to redesign and renovate my kitchen for a more economical price than the big ticket stores/renovation centers. I went to the Naples store which had just opened the week before. I worked with Bob and I could not be more happy with the whole experience. I already had my new kitchen design, however Bob gave me a couple ideas I hadn't thought of. We ordered the cabinets the following day and my cabinets were in the following week! I had Bob refer a local craftsman to put them together and deliver to my home where our own carpenter did the install although they have recommendations for crews to do installs. I had the quartz delivered a few weeks later and have a new spectacular kitchen for so much less than any other company to come close to price wise and looks just as great! Bob is so professional and helpful! Easy to deal with even if you change your design a day or too later. I highly recommend Cabinets to Go/Naples store and actually have.
