In a few days she emailed a plan and made some suggestions which we agreed to and the project was underway. We went to the showroom to choose style and accessories. We weren't sold on the colors available but Jennifer quickly came up with a resolution. She was able to match a sherwin williams color we loved and have applied to cabinets. The cabinets arrived, were installed in a day. We were truly happy for the extreme facelift they gave to this faceless kitchen. Many problems like they accepted defective tile from the tile store so one shower was terrible. Claimed they would communicate and be on a certain schedule which was not the case. Email back and forth and they copied their owners which I had to ask who they were and the owners never spoke up. One of the plumbers did a poor job on many fronts and parts to our tub were never provided. I wonder if he did what he did because we expressed frustration with the person who sold us the deal and we learned later they were married.
