We live out of state and hired them to install our kitchen cabinets in our Myrtle Beach condo while we were at our home. The guy they outsourced to do the demo was also the guy who did the tile work. He did a great job tiling- for the most part. He installed the floor tile in the wrong direction. He did a TERRIBLE job with the demo and spackle work. Terrible because he took zero care to control any amount of dust. Our condo is fully furnished and we covered as much as we could with sheets in anticipation of "some" dust. The amount of dust was if it was a new build construction. It took 5 days to clean the entire condo because with the a/c running, it went into the air duct and spread to every room. The cabinet installers left piles of sawdust and debris from cutting in every single cabinet. They installed the toe kick directly in front of the dishwasher so you couldn't remove it. There were noticeable knicks and dings in about 5 cabinets. Almost every set of doors was hanging wrong and needed adjustment. And the cabinets do NOT come with finished bottoms. So when you're sitting at eye level with them, you can see the unfinished wood and hardware. We were not told this during the purchase. Lastly, I found a empty water bottle filled with pee inside my dryer. Yup. Absolutely disgusting. Oh and the sales woman we were working with got fired towards the end of our project. We kept getting the run around from the woman that took her place. Although the cabinets look pretty good now I do not recommend this business.
