We first met with them and scheduled our job and then had to postpone it for a couple of years after giving them a deposit. Bob returned our deposit even though he didn't have to. When we were once again ready, we didn't hesitate to give them our business. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the speed of it. Our bathroom was gutted on May 29 and completed on July 2, 2019. The only thing still to come is the custom shower enclosure. Chris coordinated all the moving parts and was here every day to work and to oversee anything that he didn't do himself (which was not much). He even went the extra mile and tested (and cleaned out!) our drains after installing the sink. This issue had nothing to do with the work he did; it was an existing problem. NJ Remodelers was recommended to us by a friend, and we would gladly recommend them for a kitchen or a bath remodel. We needed help with some of the unusual aspects of the design and Bob fit the bill by giving us lots of options from his years of experience. They are honest, trustworthy, and very communicative at every step of the project. Chris made sure we were satisfied with everything--a trait that I have not seen before with the many contractors I have hired over the years. Every day, Chris was a pleasure to work with due to his cheerful attitude and the fact that he really enjoys his job. He went over everything he had done and was going to do each day. He put up with all my nit-picking without complaint and delivered a beautiful bathroom in a challenging, small space. NJR is generous about passing their contractor's discount along to their customers for tile, fixtures, and anything else that they can buy at a lower price, so the cost is very reasonable and fair. They recommend suppliers who they have relationships with and know are reliable. Chris knows how to keep the project running as smoothly as possible. I even repeated the request as we also just had our master bedroom carpets professionally steam cleaned. They said their boots were clean, and I felt bad as the dad's back was obviously an issue as he used a cane and asked in advance over phone how many stairs there were. Went over a few small quick projects, they said they could do it right away and would get back to me quickly with a quote. I waited, and waited, and five days later I finally reached out to them. Nearly 10 hours later they send me a copy/paste email response that they got a job they bid on and won't be free again until September. It was early November when they came to my house. I can only imagine what kind of service they provide if there were issues with their work on the backend if this is their front end. Highly disappointed in their business etiquette, but perhaps it's a blessing in disguise. Please note that I originally posted a one star rating as I was furious and disappointed in how we were left out in the cold to now have to rush during the holidays (Thanksgiving is in two days) to find a reputable company. The reason for my updating to three stars is simply for the fact that the father had written the attached apology following receipt of my response to them echoing similar disappointment and disapproval in how they mismanaged communication on this.

The drawer fronts matched seamlessly with the existing drawer boxes. The new cabinet doors and drawer fronts were top quality and expertly installed as well. It has been a little more than a year since Brian and the Anything's Possible team remodeled my…read morekitchen. Their work looks good but they get a less than satisfactory review because over time their workmanship does not stand up. Whoever they used for the plumbing did a very poor job. While the remodel was still under warranty (less than six months after completion of the job), the plumbing connections under the sink came loose. The plumber who "guaranteed" the work was surly, unprofessional and not in any hurry to help when I notified him of the issue -- even though the job was supposedly still under warranty. My regular plumber fixed the problem immediately as he was taking care of a small job in one of the bathrooms. My plumber did the work right and at no charge. Also, at the end of the job when I noticed the backsplash for my kitchen counter was an inch shy of what I had contracted for, Brian offered me a credit against the error. Later he tried to renege on the credit, making excuses and insisting that I should pay the full amount. I advised I would consider his perspective when I made the final payment but the decision was mine since I did not get the backsplash for which I contracted. Very unprofessional to give a client a credit and then try to pressure me to pay in full. Recently, about 13 months after the remodel was done and just out of the warranty period, the small cabinets above the microwave started pulling away from the soffit pulling the adjacent cabinets forward as well. Immediately hired a general contractor once my handyman determined the weight of the microwave seemed to be pulling the cabinets forward. The only box that Anything's Possible removed from the kitchen wall was the small cabinets above the cooktop, where the new microwave was to be placed. The remodelers had to trim those small cabinets and then remount them to allow for proper clearance between the microwave and the cooktop. Turns out the Anything's Possible team neglected to affix the small cabinets to the wall when they replaced them. That was why the weight of the microwave was pulling the cabinets forward. Based on these issues, I would never recommend Anything's Possible to anyone. They are not as professional or thorough enough when it comes to attention to detail. Their lack of focus and follow through causes unnecessary expenses long after their remodeling is finished.

Parts were installed incorrectly, there was dirt and writing left of pieces, the wood glue used on every single piece was dirty. They came back to fix it which slightly improved things but overall, the experience with them was awful and the final product was not worth what we paid for. I almost didn't go with him because he didn't provide some answers I was seeking but was telling me to trust him that he knew what he was doing. Working with Steve, I learned that he was passionate about giving you a quality job so he may take longer than others. He always returned calls/text or answered right away if possible. He troubleshooted problem areas to find a good solution. There were other positive things. In the end I was "floored" by the amazing results. Yay! I have someone I can recommend now.
