Our highlight video that was included felt like a music video once we watched it. When watching our video with our bridal party, they mentioned that they barely knew that him and his partner were there throughout the whole 13 hours we had them for. I agree, as Aaron stayed in the background he was still able captured amazing scenes somehow. It seriously felt like we were reliving that day in the moment and we were able to see what else was going on that as the bride and groom we had missed. We had a traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony at both of our parents' houses and he was able to capture the moments perfectly. Almost like he understood Vietnamese and knew where and when to point his camera at. I recommend Aaron to everyone that is getting married. He's worth whatever his cost is and you will not regret it one bit. So fork out the dough and splurge on this vendor for your big day. His work is brillant! For the rest of my life I have my wedding day captured on video in the most beautiful, amazing way possible. Side note: Include a tip at the end of the night! Yes you've already paid an arm and a leg for him but show some appreciation and give a little something extra for their hard work.

I hardly noticed him at all throughout the ceremony and the reception - he captured so many beautiful moments. I'm excited to have this video to share with friends and family for years to come. I recommend Aaron for your special event videography needs! Side note: during wedding planning and budgeting, we were on the fence about getting a video. At one point, I even decided that I wouldn't have videography. Ultimately, I changed my mind and trust me, it is so worth the money!! While we love our pictures, our video captures so many more interactions, laughs, conversations, our ceremony, etc.

My favorite part is they interviewed the kids without us in the room. We didn't know what they said or what questions would be asked. It is so cute funny to hear their responses. They are incredibly friendly but also professional. I think the best part about Jeff and Amanda is that their positive energy is infectious - you can't help but smile when you're around them. This made us much more relaxed during our photo sessions - and it shows in the photos. We did an engagement session before the wedding and we're so glad we did it (I also highly recommend that couples do this so there's less stress on the wedding day). We started the session feeling a bit awkward (posing is hard) but ended up having a blast. The photos were a true representation of us as a couple - they were genuine and beautiful; exactly what we wanted. Since we got all of the awkward posing practice out of the way during our engagement session, our wedding day photos were a breeze. I knew I picked the right photographers when they walked into the venue and I was so excited to see them. They really outdid themselves and the whole experience was a blast. The only thing I regret is not having a photo with them (although Jeff did sneak into one and it's one of my favorites!). The photos were incredible and people are still talking about how fantastic they turned out. I would recommend them to anyone and I will absolutely hire them in the future for any photography needs! Thank you so much for everything.

It knit together many moments of our wedding; I particularly love the way he captured the atmosphere of the reception venue and our first look. This is something I didn't realize till later: finding a videographer who you can really be yourself around is so important! Austin's joyful, gracious, creative presence was a gift on that day. It's been so wonderful to be able to watch highlights of the wedding and just remember, be in it again. He also made a little extra video for us of our wedding dance that we so treasure. Thank you Austin!

Maybe that statement alone speaks of how talented he is. He was able to capture a day filled with so much love and emotion that you can't even describe it with words and perfectly represent it in a film that you can watch over and over to relive that marvelous day. Austin has a true artistic eye as well as the warmest heart! From the first conversation he was such a pleasure to work with. He even flew all the way from Seattle to Santa Barbara for our wedding and stayed late so he could capture footage of us on the beach that he knew would be beautiful in the film. We chose to do private vows because I am very shy and wanted that moment to be a beautifully intimate moment between my husband and I but Austin made us feel so at ease that we let him tape it and oh my goodness am I glad I did! After all was said and done we got back the most gorgeous, beautiful, intimate video that shows our joy and love. I have not shown the video to a single person who has not cried due to how beautiful it is! Austin perfectly read my husband and I and created a video for us that feels as though you are stepping into our love as you watch it. I cannot recommend Austin enough, he was a joy to work with and has an unbelievable talent for videography. No matter where we may live in the country I would personally fly Austin out to capture all of our special moments from here on out!

We wanted video of our special day but we didn't necessarily want to automatically sign up/pay for all the bells and whistles. Millstream had a couple different packages with varying price/features, of which we ended up picking the "Wedding Show" package. As part of this package, it included a 30 picture montage with pictures/music of our choice. We originally thought to just have this as a keepsake and possibly gift it to our parents, but we ended up having screens in our reception hall that were able to play it on loop the entire time, so that was an added bonus! :) Unlike some other vendors, Millstream charged us per event, not per hour, so we had him and his assistant for the whole thing! They were the first vendors to show up and one of the last to leave. Also, we had the added benefit of having two cameras on us, so we didn't have to worry as much about things getting missed. It also added the ability to get different views of the ceremony/reception that made the video feel more dynamic. All the while, they were never in the way, and cooperated with our photographer well! Jim and his assistant (I didn't have a chance to talk to his assistant since the day was so busy) were professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the final results. I highly recommend trying to fit a videographer into the budget, especially one with such great value, as having that video to supplement the photography is definitely worthwhile.

Hire Aderyn and rest easy knowing you're in good hands. My husband and I chose Aderyn to capture our wedding. We didn't meet Garrett of Aderyn until the morning of the wedding, and that didn't present a problem. Garrett is incredibly responsible/reliable, very organized, well-prepared, talented, experienced, a clear communicator, and a good listener. Based on email exchanges and one or two phone calls, Garrett got a good feeling for what we wanted and delivered in spades. I've been to weddings where the videographers were obvious and super distracting and clunky with their lights, equipment, and filming. Besides speaking up a couple of appropriate times when they needed to collaborate with us, we barely noticed Aderyn was there, which was great because it let us focus on each other and our loved ones. Aderyn truly did a fantastic job with everything: capturing the emotional moments and the highlights, presenting the day from different angles and points of view so that it felt like a whole, multi-layered story, and top-notch post-production editing. Aderyn was able to capture and relay the intangible parts of that amazing, happy, once-in-a-lifetime day and preserve it all for us. Many friends who saw the sneak-peek trailer said it seemed like the trailer to a movie they wanted to watch. It was the highest quality. A few people even emailed me to say that the trailer made them cry (hahaha). Aderyn did an absolutely beautiful job and hit it out of the park. We are so happy we chose Aderyn Productions!

He also coordinated with my friend who is doing all the video editing work, and went out of his way to make sure his equipment and file type met her needs. Garrett was prompt, friendly, fun, and is even putting together a customized highlights clip as a bonus! He also sent me an MP3 of the song my composer friend had custom arranged, which he caught while our string trio was rehearsing -- it was a better-quality clip since you can actually hear it instead of just people clapping/yelling during the actual ceremony, so it's a really nice bonus for us to revisit. All in all, Aderyn was affordable, flexible, responsible, and showered us with little bonuses -- totally a great blend of exactly what we were looking for!
