Pat sent pictures of the kittens and gave us a choice on which one we wanted. Pat does not let her kittens leave the cattery before 12 weeks. All kittens get their first vaccines, have complete physicals, cardiovascular and osteo checks before going to their new parents. What I really liked when speaking with Pat on the day I picked Wheeza Man up, she knee the breeder of my first Maine Coon Cat. I highly recommend Makanacoon Cattery if you're looking to get a fabulous fur baby. Thank you again Pat for entrusting one of your babies to me.

My husband wanted her regardless and she has proven to be a wonderful addition to our household. She definitely needed some TLC at first and we had to navigate some bad behavior, but she is the best! Cats are different from dogs and sometimes people shouldn't own them due to their individual personalities and needs. Understanding that this is a "thing" with cats is very important. She is now our sweet, floofy girl, who has a DEFINITE personality and we respect that. She is awesome! Thank you to the Suffolk Animal Shelter for taking her in and allowing us the opportunity to adopt her!

My first dog was a rescue and went through training with Lisa Marie, who did an excellent job. He ended up attending daycare almost every weekday of his life until he passed in 2022 at the age of 18. To this day I attribute his long life to the love (and the activity) that he was given by the staff at Four Paws on a daily basis. Since his passing I got a new puppy that has been attending daycare every weekday as well. She can't wait to go every day, and rushes to the front door when we arrive in the morning. You know that you are at a great place for your dog when the staff is as excited to see the dog as much as your dog is excited to see them. The prices at Four Paws are very reasonable, especially compared to other options nearby. I have temporarily tried other facilities (mostly due to the pandemic), but none stand up to the level of Four Paws. I've recommended them to other dog owners I know and they are now regular daycare attendees as well. If you bring your dogs to Four Paws both you and your dogs will not be disappointed!
