    Always a good experience in Cabela's. However, this particular visit was wonderful. Love the walk through of the boats and the ATVs, love the selections of ammo and that the prices have lowered significantly. Love that there are always so many different varieties of quality jackets and coats. Love that I was able to find the one for me. But more importantly, I LOVE and appreciate the high level of customer service that I received from cashier Sue. Such a gem. I have gotten in her line before and her spirit and energy are always the same. Thank you Sue

    Great store and lots of great merchandise! This time my visit was just to purchase a gift card but how can you leave out without getting a little something for yourself. The staff is friendly, and helpful and I can always find just what I need at this location. They have lots of sells and it is a family friendly place something for everyone.

    This store is great. The entire staff will go out of their way to get whatever you may need or want. They are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. This store is very dog friendly.

    This store is pretty awesomely decorated & is worth a visit just to look around. It is your typical chain camping store with a bit of everything for your outdoor needs: camping gear, guns & ammo, hunting gear, fishing, supplies, lots of shoes, dog supplies, & so much more. My biggest problem with this store is the prices. They really are outrageous. $50 for a hoodie, an $85 fishing hat, & supplies I can get cheaper at other stores. They do have some unique items that are worth paying a bit more on since they are hard to find elsewhere, but for the most part I wasn't impressed. Cool decor doesn't justify paying ridiculous prices to me.

    Updated 6-21-20 Today was especially nice even with the masks and social distancing they had wonderful sales and the staff was awesome! The guy over in the boating area helped us. Older gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Most of all he was patient and kind. I can't say as much for the shoe department. So since they decided to ignore me, I decided to not purchase any boots or boating shoes. Usually Ariat or keens are my preferences. But I will go to Ariat online to make that purchase since they didn't want to help. The lady in the sunglass area helped me right away to find the perfect glasses. I like aviators. But I can't wear them because I had sinus surgery! But to my surprise she found me some Maui Jim's! They are lightweight and cute. I can wear them without getting a headache front he sun or the weight of the glasses on the bridge of my nose! So thanks!!! They even were nice enough to ring me up at the sunglass area! I was pleased with the overall service today. :) I would recommend! I have had so many problems in the past at this store but last night was very different. I went in about 15 minutes before closing and the lady in the camping equipment area was so nice. She helped us find everything we needed and she was very knowledgeable not only about where the items were located. But also about each individual item. She was very sweet and I wish her well with her little bundle of joy:)

    Once again this store and their management sucks. While everyone in the country knows we have a ammo shortage, let the customers know the Cabela's policy on five boxes per day.. customers are NOT mind readers and believe it or not it's not my responsibility to figure out some stores policy. I will, however, follow the policy and instructions if they are listed/posted. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTO! Shows no mention of per DAY! Once confronted by the manager is where things really took a turn. "Amden" or whatever his name was. (African American, 50's) made no further explanation other than "people take my signs down." Well, signs are cheap, prolly should post a few more that folks couldn't take down. 30,000 ft thinking I know.. should have allowed me to purchase the ammo and said no more today. Instead made a big deal over how they get their signs taken down. Once again, not your customers problem. Learn to be a better manager and post proper signs... would expect a store manager could facilitate getting their company policy's posted properly. As for me, Cabela's USED to be the go to place for high quality products and customers support. Not anymore.. since bass pro bought them, the worst of both companies shine thru. Would recommend supporting a local hunting supply store over these big box losers.

    Website says they are open until 9:00 on Tuesday night, they closed last night, January 6, 2015 at 8:00p.m. I was not pleased.

    I've only been to this shop a handful full of times. I guess my big complaint was they didn't wanna…read moregive me a copy of my tax stamp for my suppressor I bought from them. Before shopping with them I would buy my suppressors at 219, they are very nice and helpful.. 219 would always give me a copy of my tax stamp before I left with my NFA items. I thought this was an industry standard. Anyway when I was picking up my suppressor I asked, "hey can I get a copy of the tax stamp?" The guy behind the counter says no, but if I call the ATF they can send one to me. He also told me I could print one out at home on my own printer... I asked again nicely and telling him I don't own a printer. Again, push back. No we don't do that here he says. Very nicely for the last time I ask and reminding him I don't own a printer. He takes one step over to his printer and makes me a copy that only took him 5 seconds to complete. I thanked him for his time and left with my item. Before leaving he told me I should stop at Walmart and pick up a printer so I don't "have this problem again"... since then I've been back once for warranty work, I asked them to send it out. I was charged a transfer fee. That seemed unnecessary because I wasn't transferring anything, it was an AR upper. Yes I understand I could have taken it to the post office instead but I wanted to give them another chance. This is the closest gun shop near my home and sadly I don't think I want to go back
