My greedy self thought people are finding out, and parking sucks already there - therefore shut up and don't spread if. Well now thinking about it, I can't do it anymore I got too much love for this place. We come at least once a week, parking can still suck but just be patient (don't even think about parking at AMPM), lines inside can be intimidating but they do a good job pushing through while delivering the nicest possible service..like who ask each customer "have you tried this before? If you haven't they let you try it and remake it if you don't like it" like whaaaat?! And the drinks every single one a knock out. My ranking from favoritest: Coconut Coffee - blended, creamy strong coffee and the perfect about of sweetness. Javacado - very creamy avocado mixing it with Phin coffee is insanely addicting. Cafe Brûlée- Phin coffee with egg, ridiculously good also ridiculously strong. Vanilla Cold Brew - Simple but not plan, when you want no frills but still want the finest. Banana coffee - this is the OG drink that brought me to Phin and made me a monster. The balance of coffee and banana is beautifully done (I'd suggest adding shot). Just go..they deserve all the hype and love.

As-is it's a little too sweet for me, so I have them add an extra shot of coffee (no extra charge) and it's perfect. Especially with the heat wave we've been dealing with the last few weeks. Service is fantastic, as expected. They always make your drink, have you try it, and then walk you over to the register to pay. Inside it's a dark, cool coffee café--the perfect escape from the heat. There's usually a line, so if you show up at peak hours, be prepared to wait. Parking is limited and kind of sucks, so bring patience--it goes a long way.

They have such fun items for sale and a great book selection. Books are organized by genre and each section is decorated differently with stuffies, felted, or plastic birds to match. Each bird has their own "autobirdography" which as so much fun to read. Each section also has a different array of fun things to buy. It's a great place to shop for gifts! The staff was kind and helpful too. And the resident bunny (this one alive and well) is so cute. The next time I come to Vegas I am definitely making sure to stop by again.

There were so many fun trinkets, tote bags, notebooks, plushies... and my favorite part? A pet bunny! They even have a cozy café up front, making it the perfect place to spend a few hours just wandering the shelves. Safe to say this is a bookstore I'll be coming back to every time I'm in Las Vegas.

Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

The only thing worth mentioning is that they don't seem to keep much cash on hand, so if you're paying with cash, it's a good idea to bring smaller bills since they usually aren't able to break anything larger than a $20. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stop by again the next time we're in the Fremont area.

Probably equal to what you find at the grocery. The burrito had an interesting flavor profile that became too much for me after a while. It also seemed mushy, not many other textures. My sister got the Spanish latte which wasn't strong on the espresso at all. The glass for the coffee was pretty large! Bang for your buck! She also got a prosciutto and cheese panini which tasted pretty good. It does seem like the food in general has different flavors and ingredients. I saw a lot of people wasting food, as in the food looked hardly touched. Plates of eggs and even French toast. Not sure what was going on there. The baked goods might be the selling point here, so I do want to try those next time! But I do think this place is a bit overhyped.
