Rocky Mount cab company gives the worst service I've ever experienced. And my 70, some years of…read moreliving, the lady that answers the phone is rude and she's disrespectful. It makes me think she's uneducated. So why is she on the phone? But such important job as a dispatcher. Something needs to be done about this lady. Not unless she owns the company. Then she feels that she has the right to talk to people in a kind of way. And that's very wrong and very disrespectful. I've only tried this service twice and each time. I've gotten this lady and one night. She left me out in the cold and I got a ride from a lady that was on her way into her storage. And that's how I got home 10 o'clock at night. I'm 74 years old. And don't expect such rude behavior coming from anyone and especially a dispatch. Jerry was such a job that is so very important.

I'm talking 45 minutes plus. The final straw was today when I called to get a ride to catch my greyhound bus ride...i called with plenty of time to get me there with more than half an hour to spare. An hour later they finally showed up (after my bus was scheduled to leave). I was promised numerous times that they would get me there on time...they didn't. Then they had the NERVE to get rude with me when I told them about how negatively they effected me. What should have been done was they should have at the minimum paid for my new bus ticket, paid for my hotel for the night(since no more buses leave for my destination today), and bought me dinner for how hard they screwed me. Instead I'm stranded in Rocky mount NC with nowhere to stay. If I had ANY other option I would have stopped using their "service" after the second time they made me late. My suggestion to all... if you can spend the money... rent a car....a bike...a scooter... do anything than let these people take your money!!

She'll be there in a few minutes. Well, I called back to doublecheck, well then she tells me that she's at the store getting gas and that she would be right there to pick me up. This was coming from the dispatcher. I get a text saying that it would be 2:00 PM or 230 before a ride would come well I called them back and ask her Why would it be that long if she was still in town and getting gas and then the dispatcher said that she was already back at Roanoke Rapids that they would send another driver. Anyway, I told her that couldn't be true because she wasn't gone long and there was no way she could get back to Roanoke Rapids. Well then they tell me they'll send another driver and I was watching the map and it kept getting longer and longer for the arrival time so I was panicking and nauseous to my stomach so I called United healthcare and asked them to please send me another ride so they were on top of it and got me a ride home and I received a text that they canceled the ride from this company ,well that person ended up showing up. Oh well I got an Uber and came home and got here safely.Ive never experienced anything like this and it was scary because I was over 40 mins away from my home, but Thank God,UNHC and Uber for being so fast and right on time, I sure hope they can get things in order for the next person, but it won't be me !!!!
