On Tuesday, they were 45 mins late getting there. My son was 30 minutes late getting to work. They made him leave bc he was late. And too top it off, they made us pay and they caused him to lose his job. Never use this company

I live in MD and Last minute on the day of a dear friends mothers funeral I realized I hadn't sent the memorial gift that I had wanted to send him due to my busy schedule and being under the weather! I was calling all the local florist in the area and none would deliver the day of. Also some of the so called big names wanted to charge me an arm and a leg plus they could not guarantee an on time delivery time. Last minute I thought to google couriers to see if I would have any luck. Gerald answered on the other line very bubbly and bright mind you it was before 8 am on a Saturday. Not only did he agree to assist me, he recommended a great florist, he also gave me ideas on how to package it the exact way I wanted to do it. Then he communicated to me several times make sure I was able to get everything squared away. As we only had a small window of about 2 hours get everything done before the florist closed. Then he went and picked up everything from the florist and another store. He sent photos of everything in his office and sat and baby sat the package, for a few hours, as the place to be delivered wouldn't open until 2 pm. He delivered the package before the family arrived and viola he made me look like the good friend that I am without a hitch. His prices were way more reasonable than the big wigs so of course I left a tip. His customer service and courtesy was amazing. His knowledge of the area and recommendations were spot on. He was trusting and eased all of my worries by answering all of my questions and more. As another small business owner to another I really appreciate you for being there in my time of need. Gopal, who is the owner-- a lovely and kind man and the last time I used him it was when I went to California in November and when they arrived to pick me up, his wife was with him Such a lovely woman. I'm talking 45 minutes plus. The final straw was today when I called to get a ride to catch my greyhound bus ride...i called with plenty of time to get me there with more than half an hour to spare. An hour later they finally showed up (after my bus was scheduled to leave). I was promised numerous times that they would get me there on time...they didn't. Then they had the NERVE to get rude with me when I told them about how negatively they effected me. What should have been done was they should have at the minimum paid for my new bus ticket, paid for my hotel for the night(since no more buses leave for my destination today), and bought me dinner for how hard they screwed me. Instead I'm stranded in Rocky mount NC with nowhere to stay. If I had ANY other option I would have stopped using their "service" after the second time they made me late. My suggestion to all... if you can spend the money... rent a car....a bike...a scooter... do anything than let these people take your money!!
