I found Fred online, and through a very easy phone call, we scheduled the pick up it was very helpful that I could pay directly online through PayPal. When I landed in Greensboro, I had a text message that he wasn't feeling well, and that Shahpour was going to pick us up instead. I was still a little worried but right before baggage claim, we saw him with a sign with my name on it. He immediately offered to help get the suitcases, and then go get the car. Shahpour was great. Not only was he very helpful, but also the car was great and very clean. The ride was great and we had a nice conversation. Also the fare was really good! Which makes it even better.
