Allied would not take any dog not in a carrier even though I explained that a carrier for my dog would take up half a backseat & I didn't have one because he is very social & well behaved. Was told both times that I would only be charged for the distance/time I was in the cab. I also scheduled all three of my rides and had all of the information read back to me to confirm it. The first cab didn't show up I called and they said that the cab would be there soon, they then called me back to say that they didn't have any of my scheduled rides or information recorded yet they still somehow knew my name and number. I was able to schedule the two later rides as planned after the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me. When we were picked up, we were charged $30 for them to come and get us, despite being told two separate times that this would not be the case. We then called the office and spoke to a man named Don who said to call back the next morning and Christie would process a refund. When I called the next morning and asked for Christie, she told me she could not do this and insisted that no one named Don worked there - how else would I have known that her name was Christie right when I called? She then HUNG UP ON ME in the middle of the sentence and had been extremely rude and dismissive throughout the call. Overall, there must be a lot of confusion going on in that office as well as terrible customer service. Absolutely ridiculous

No cancellation letter nothing . Wife had to reschedule her appointment. Don't get it? They took the money up front and then refunded it. Uber not reliable to get a ride that you scheduled 24 hour.
