We also called AD Taxi and Rosie's Taxi, now defunct in the bristling Oxnard taxi business. We finally got Gold Coast Taxi to pick us up. I would call that two stars for Elite Taxi, wouldn't you?

From the start, it was very easy to make my reservation. Whenever I texted or called, I ALWAYS received a response which was helpful for me because I worry about dependability. I was a bit leery because I had to pay in advance. I had not heard of paying in full before the service -but I paid nevertheless. HOWEVER, I was really impressed by the excellent customer service at Rosie Taxi Cab. On the day of the trip, Rosie Taxi texted me 15 minutes before the car arrived to make sure I was ready. Then texted again when the driver was two minutes away and provided the driver's name, license plate number, make/model and color of the car. Plus, confirmed I was in the car after several minutes! The car service arrived on time and was very clean. The driver (Jesse) greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. The attention to detail and professionalism made the trip, pleasant and reliable. I felt extremely safe especially since I was traveling during off peak hours, and the time was extremely early.
