I immediately contacted JM Mobile Tire Service and spoke with Michael. From the moment I called, Michael kept me continuously updated on the driver's estimated arrival time, which gave me great peace of mind while I was waiting. Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

I also appreciated the fact that they were willing to try cleaning things first before jumping to the money grab.
