The morning HES and crew arrived, I had second thoughts on removing a certain area of my Satillo tiled deck and tiled patio. Haney was so understanding and explained that he'd start on the concrete and enclosure removal to give me time to see/decide when they get to the deck portion. This put me right at ease. When his crew arrived, they got right on task, like a systematic work plan. This was so reassuring for me (i've had my share of disappointments in the past from contractors.) HES crew delivered. It is a tiny place with limited parking. But since they are "hidden" in the back, they were not busy when I got there. It was my first time there and I didn't know what the process is. I parked and walked to the front. There was only one worker there. His name was Michael. I asked him how does it work. He helped me while telling me what to do. Michael was very fast, friendly and patient with me. After he weighed all my recyclables, he had me to go to the front with him so that he can show me how he got the price. Very honest of him. He even told me that they have other locations around sac. I will definitely come back here again.
