I researched on yelp and Mireles Cleaning Service had excellent reviews. I requested a quote through yelp and Santiago contacted me quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful to me during this hectic time trying to get the house ready for the new buyer. We used their move out service and also had them clean the home. Communication was excellent during the entire process, I was kept updated on all the details, and I feel they were reasonably priced and a very good value. The house was looked beautiful when they were done. I'm so glad I found them on yelp!

No not enough I said ok how about 400$ they said yes later said they wanted paid 500$ first half and 100$ second half , so I'm paying almost double what she quoted. I knew it was a bad idea but I had it in writing and they promised they would come back ! for that price I just wanted it finished and they were already there so I agreed ! , well they lied !! I was trying to be nice because the house was dirty I just moved in , they only cleaned half the house they said they would get everything in each room and didn't , I cleaned the rest up . they said they would come back and do the other half, when I try to make plans to get the 2nd half , they say they won't come back unless for150$ ..I know for a fact I could have gotten a better deal , scam , never going back unless they fix the situation.

Ok, a review based on only one experience, but it was a good one…read more I had one, count 'em, ONE queen-sized mattress that needed to go. It was already in my garage, no dragging through the house necessary. I live in central Visalia, not the back of beyond, mere blocks from the city's corporation yard. I mean, other than free money, it just doesn't get much easier and faster than this. I sent out a job query here on Yelp. Several junk haulers/cleanout specialists got back to me. One could do the job for $75. ?????? No, thanks! Another could do it for $50. Ditto. A third couldn't get to it for a couple of weeks or more. Guys, if you don't want my job, if it's a waste of your time, if you can't milk me for more money, if it's beneath you, simply say, "Sorry, I'm not available." Your little tricks just piss me off and I will never, EVER contact you again, job small or large. Well, the Ninjas recognized that I simply had a job that needed to be done and that they could do it. They priced it at $25, and they could do it the same afternoon. You're hired! They communicated well, they showed up as promised, and they quickly and efficiently hauled the mattress out of my garage and deposited it onto their trailer. They secured the load properly, they waved cheerfully, and they were gone. LopezNinjas are at the top of my list next time I have a cleanout job--small or large.

Absolutely worth every dollar spent!! It's been years since…read moreI have sat down to draft a review on Yelp. My recent connection with The Cleaning Queen, Reyna, here on Yelp, has been life changing. I cannot recommend Reyna and her team with greater words than that, "Life Changing." She is slowly giving me my life back by helping me clean, sort, and unpack years worth of boxing and moving and collecting. She came into my ranch house that is over 2k square feet of my life in piles and boxes. She came without judgment and with total control of the situation. She has been so professional and organized, with an amazing vision and just pure hard work. I'd say she has a wand because she works MAGIC! But I have seen her working harder than I could manage and I cannot put into words how much I appreciate all the hard work and dedication. We are only a few days into working together and I already feel an amazing change in the progress they have made on helping me make this great big mess an actual living space that I am proud to call home. So many Thank Yous and Blessing to Reyna and her team! I look forward to our next appointment!!
