I requested a quote through yelp and Santiago contacted me quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful to me during this hectic time trying to get the house ready for the new buyer. We used their move out service and also had them clean the home. Communication was excellent during the entire process, I was kept updated on all the details, and I feel they were reasonably priced and a very good value. The owner and one to two other people would accompany her and they would spend about three hours cleaning my house. As time went on, the service really went down. she kept changing our schedules dates and times for service. We didn't end up using this service for very long (a couple months). There was quite a few issues with the services provided. I just advise people make sure everything is clear with them and you do your due diligence before hiring. Get things in writing and signed. She had excuses for everything. She was only at my house for 1 to 1.5 hrs cleaning and would cut out early because she said she had to go up north to SF. (she was by herself mostly. Sometimes she'd have another person with her)
