Leon and I agreed to having all the floors cleaned. I was convinced I needed new carpets but I was so mistaken. Leon made our carpets look like new. The tile floors were left looking like new too. I requested a quote through yelp and Santiago contacted me quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful to me during this hectic time trying to get the house ready for the new buyer. We used their move out service and also had them clean the home. Communication was excellent during the entire process, I was kept updated on all the details, and I feel they were reasonably priced and a very good value.
