Ty created customized workouts (and continues to do so) that are tailored specifically to me and my goals. He starts out with a consultation to go over your BMI, macros, etc to ensure he knows how to make a customized plan thats right for you. Today was my last day of my second 6 month training package w/ Shane. I'm sad! Shane is a…read morefantastic trainer - easygoing, yet takes his job seriously. I am a "difficult case" as I have a rare muscle disease and Shane got right on it to learn about it and how to work with my limitations safely while still pushing me forward. I also had serious leg break last year and Shane was an integral part of my rehabbing process (along with PT). I'm taking a break, but I am sure I will be back. I've seen the other trainers at work too and everyone is great. Nice atmosphere - not at all intimidating. You won't regret signing up with them!
