Had a pedi and a manicure. Pedi was not relaxing at all. Basically had my feet in lukewarm water and my toenails buffed a little and then painted. Manicure was a joke. I am traveling and decided that I just really needed to stop and get a pedicure. What a blessing! I don't think I have ever experienced a nail salon I love more...I wish I lived closer. Very friendly service, comfortable/relaxing chairs, they got me in immediately, and the service was amazing. Looking at the Stars and past reviews...I don't get it. That was not my experience at all. Bare minimum customer service. I was the only one in the place. Barely any nail care, toe nails are filed crooked. slapped on the polish and handed me over to a very sweet gramma lady. no massage, just rubbed my legs . Waste of money, terrible service. they should be embarrassed . read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Most painful experience I've had in a salon just for a nail fill! The man who did mine was rushing so fast he ended up ripping my cuticles and causing 3 hangnails! He burned 4 of my fingers with the dremel tool and caused the side of the acrylic nail to burn. I kept telling him I was getting hurt and he would stop for a few seconds and go right back to rushing on my nail! From someone who came from the Portland metro area - this place is a disgrace. NEW WONDERFUL OWNERS! This pace is really cute. They have new owners who are very friendly and they recently remodeled the interior. I'm always really happy with my nails and the pedicures are very relaxing & thorough. Pulse they carry a wide range of colors! The chairs are really comfortable and have great massage options. When I brought my partner he fell asleep in the chair while getting a pedicure. There's an easy checkin IPad at the front which makes arriving to your appointment flow easily. I've NEVER had an issue getting an appointment and I often call the same day but scheduling a head of time is probably best for any place of business. Honestly, you could most likely get a same day appointment if you call or walk in though. C T nails, I want my money back! I didn't realize how bad my nails looked until I was outside after I was practically pushed out of the door at 5:45pm. When you guys close at 6pm! If you didn't want to do my nails then you should've just told me you were closing instead of doing a poor job. My toenails were cut WAY too short and uneven. Half of my nails are barely painted. My old nail polish is still visible in some places. The entire experience I had was unwelcoming. I paid $40.50 + $3 tip for a horrible, rushed, unfriendly pedicure. They're prices are never consistent. I've gotten terrible pedicure experiences. They don't take their time to get a nice manicure done, they be talking and looking away while still working on your nail. Every time I get a manicure, I come out with little cuts on my hands. read more

Dang, I can't catch a break with this place. I have attempted THREE times in the past 2 weeks to get my eyebrows done. Each time there's some reason why they can't or the wait is REALLY long. It seems like only one person here knows how to do eyebrow waxing. And that person is either never there or always busy with something else. Showed up at 9:30 it says that's when they open they weren't came back at 10 still not open came back at 11 and wouldn't get me in. I've tried to call and make appointments and they told me just to come in. The times that I have gotten I have heard them tell people they do not have any openings and then the next person that walks and they tell them to come back in a half an hour. They pick and choose and don't even do that great of a job. read more

Two stars because I feel too badly to give one. If you want your nails to look terrible then come here. I got a gel polish change. For starters she drilled the old gel color off which I haven't ever had anyone do before. I picked a lighter color and the color is rippled and thick coats of polish. I asked her to fix this and she said it's because I didn't get a manicure, which I responded with "I have never had this issue before." She then went on to tell me that it's because I picked a light color. I always get this color and have never had an issue with it anywhere else. This nail salon was not trained to do gel polish. I could have done a better job myself. A lot of my reviews are about nail salons because I have been getting my nails done since I was 15!!! Save your self this disappointment and maybe just get regular polish. I could have done a better job at home. I am embarrassed to walk out with what is on my nails and would love to go to another salon except they are all about to close. I will not return. read more

I've been here a couple times for pedicures. Because I have back issues it's hard for me to a decent job cutting my toenails. This last visit did it for me. I stopped in friday about 630 there were 2 other gals getting their nails done, so I asked if they had enough time for a pedicure I'm told yes, and it was less than ten minutes later I realized I made a mistake..she was in such a hurry it looked like something out of a cartoon when they speed things up. After the workds fastest pedicure another gal walks up what color u want giving me a color wheel, again I tell her I had brought my own and it was in my purse, she grabbed my purse and pretty much dropped it in my lap. I gave her the polish, she put one coat on, grabbed some thongs out of a bag and proceeded to shove my feet in them polish dividers still on. I'm still wondering what I just went through...I got to the car and put my sandles on and within 30 minutes my foot started aching. I took my shoes off and drove barefoot. When I got home to check out my feet, I found a big gough out of the side of my big toe where I was cut with a nail file! OMG! Never, ever go here. I know I wont! read more

If you value your hands do not go here. The person who did my nails cut 6 out of 10 of my cuticles and when I finally yanked my hand away for the 4th time she stated I'm just cleaning the cuticles. Really?? To the bone?? Over paid for a full set and I wouldn't even let the horrible woman put polish on. Not only have I had problems here since Tran took over several friends and family members have had problems at the other 3 salons. Worst business to go to Tran should really know who is screwing up and hurting paying customers. read more

Avoid it!! Find another salon. In from out of town, took Mom to treat her for a pedicure and had one of the worst experiences ever in a nail salon. The woman that did my pedicure was not nice or friendly in any way. She rushed through so fast and when I asked her to file a little more even, she acted like I had offended her! I've NEVER had a full pedicure in such a short period of time. From the minute I put my toes in the water to when they moved me to the area where the lamp is for my polish to dry, a total of 30 minutes! There was definitely no relaxing involved, only being rushed in and out so they could squeeze as many people in as possible. I do want to say that we made an appointment and we didn't have to wait and they had the chairs open. This is rare at nail salons, so I definitely appreciated that and wished that the experience that followed that would have been much better. read more

Been to this place a couple times now and have gotten gel manicure. I mentioned to one of the ladies that it still chips so she recommended dip nails. I tried it out and paid 45 dollars to have it come off like fake acrylic a day later. I had left for vacation so couldn't come in to get it fixed. Ended up getting my nails done again on vacation. Came in to talk to owner and just see if there was anything they could do. I was met with hostility and basically she just wanted me out the door. She at least gave me part of a refund back but i will not be returning. Terrible customer service! read more

I would do a no star if I could. They totally messed my nails up. I went in to get acrylic nails they made my cuticles bleed for starters. Then I go to get a fill and I get to my car and notice that you can see the fill. But it was to late to go bavk that night I was leaving town for the night and next day. So I am going to call in tomorrow hopefully they fix them. read more

I had a shellac polish at this salon on the 20th as of the 27th, it had already split, peeled and otherwise come undone - usually shellac nails last about 2 -3 weeks for me, so this is a significantly worse than usual result. All my nails are looking very frayed and fragile after the shellac came off. I don't think they used any conditioning base as is usual for a shellac treatment. The environment was fairly utilitarian, not very relaxing. read more

STAY AWAY. My husband had to go to the ER for cellulitis after an employee used a callous remover on the top of his foot. They thought it was funny and charged us extra for the band aid. Calling health department tomorrow. read more
