I asked the man at the front desk if he could do an ombre style with three colors, he said yes. He started my nails, and I could only see two of the three colors. I mentioned it to him, and he got upset and started taking of the dip powder burning my nails during the process. I told him that he didn't have to finish since he was upset. He started cutting my nails instead of going through the process of removing what he had done. He cut of my real nails which were under some of the tips. Do not go to this place. He is very unprofessional. If it were possible, I wouldn't give them any stars. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Awful just awful where is the 0 star. This place is a joke. The guy who attempted to do nails was and is clueless. They hardly speak any English. I asked for white tip and he didn't know what that was. He had to ask someone else and I had to show him what that meant. That should've been my indicator and I should've left. But gave him 2nd chance. My thumb was uneven at the edges of the tip. Another girl had to come and fix it. I told her they were all different sizes and how 3 nails already looked like they were grown out cuz he didn't put the tip far back enough. They tied to charge me $50 for this crappy job and I told her I wouldn't pay that. I'd pay her 1/2 and that was me being generous. She said the only way she wouldn't charge me is if she took them off because the owner would get mad if she "did it for free". Did WHAT for free? A crappy job. It to mention they close at 8 and she would've taken about 1 hour to take them off, I'm sorry but I have better things to do than to spend the night at a nail place. If i could leave this nail salon 0 stars i would. Please do not waste your time going to this "nail salon". First off i went in to get a full set and pedicure (basic pedicure). The nail polish (white) on my toes didn't last even last 4 days.. 4 DAYS! During the process of getting my full set the man doing them (eric) was quite rude and he also burned my real nail by using the drill on my natural nails (this technique can cause infection). I jerked my hand back and he asked if it hurt and began to apply pressure to stop the burning sensation on my nail bed.He painted my nails beautifully, I hate to say that the bad outweighed the good in this situation so i will not be returning to this nail salon. read more

I had stopped getting services for almost a year due to my family moving. Upon my return, this business is now under new owners/management. They were not friendly, but I had been going to this place for years, so I still gave it a try Memorial Day weekend. I enjoyed my pedicure by the owner's husband. I then went back for a full set of liquid gel. A lady did it, they were just ok, but I didn't know of anywhere else to go. So I went back for a fill in and this time a guy took me. Well, after a while I started noticing my thumb just not looking right. I didn't think anything of it until I took the nail off. My entire thumb was green!!! I went back and my husband went with me. When I showed the greeter my nail she was disgusted and immediately went and got the owner. She looked at it asked me "What do you want, do you want another full set"?!? (Really) I said "No I want you to take them off" She was so rough doing it, that even the greeter( who was looking at the expressions on my face cause it hurt so bad) had to tell her not to be so rough!! Her ugly tone and response was "There's nothing I can do about that". She then tried to convince me that there was NOTHING WRONG with my finger and that there wasn't anything there! When she was done, she walked off and I guess she told the young lady to charge me because she wanted money for that!!! I'm looking at them because I'm confused about this time, and she comes back and wants me to pay because "I received service". I asked her "Are you really going to charge me after what I just showed you? And you asked me what I wanted?" Are you serious???? Because of how she acted my husband told her he was going to report her. Her response was "Go ahead I don't care". We were in no way rude to her, but she told us to leave her store and go take your business somewhere else. My middle finger is still messed up from her taking the nail off. And it has taken me this long to get rid of this fungus trying different products!!! About a week before this happened, I went in and bought a $60 gift certificate for my mother to come and get her a pedi for her birthday. I wonder how she's going to respond when she goes to ask for her money back??? I can't believe how people do business these days. All she had to do was reassure me that everything was going to be fine and swallow a measly few dollars, but she was more concerned about her money instead of sanitation and the health of others and It's very sad that we are only $ signs and not people who have feelings. I could have been one of the ones to take legal action and had her all on TV! Word to the wise: When a customer comes in your store, your job is to rectify the situation. I would never return to this salon. I asked for gel nails and the nail tech basically put a top coat of gel over acrylic, and then proceeded to charge the full gel price. The next salon I went to laughed at how sloppy the work was and the fact that I was scammed. This establishment was extremely unprofessional and all around had a bad experience here. If I could rate this with no stars I would! I went in today to get my nails done. The guy right beside the front desk started on my nails. My nails are AWEFUL! I asked for coffin shape and they are the ugliest thing I have ever seen. They are all crooked and lumpy, not to mention my thumb nails are completely different sizes. When I told the guy my nails were crooked he said, "I have been doing nails for 17 years". He refused to fix my nails. He THEN proceeded to take the drill and make my SKIN BLEED! Got a deluxe pedicure. Massage was all of 5 minutes. With a scrub solution, not lotion. I thought that was weird. Then after she puts on my toe nail polish, she massages with some clear solution but very lazily and again, maybe 5 min in total but also being careful of my toes. Very out of the ordinary. One thing I did find interesting was the water they soak your feet in; it turns to a gel almost like moving your feet around in Jello. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
