On top of that chaos, causing us lost time, money and effort for days, he put in the inspection report that our property needed landscaping! At least as sellers we didn't have to pay for his inspection. I'd never hire this inspector.

RG&S delivered and exceeded our expectations at an exceptional value. Their commitment and dedication to quality, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Kyle was our inspector and he has many years of home-building experience. His three phased inspection reports, delivered to us by email and in PDF format, were structured and formatted professionally and contained detailed descriptions, locations, and photographs. Kyle found many defects that went unnoticed by our builder, a testament to his skill and craft. He even went back to the home build site at no additional charge in order to complete his inspection report for the framing stage when it became apparent the builder wasn't quite finished with certain items, a testament to his excellent customer service. If we ever build or purchase a home in the Orlando area again we'll definitely go back to RG&S to be our home inspector. We will be recommending them to our family, friends and colleagues.

He also went out of his way to ensure my HOA gave us no problems by going up on the roof, himself and removing branches the tree trimmer had left behind, because you know how HOA's are they will find any reason to delay your project. Anthony not only sent me photos every day from permit to inspection completion but he either called or text if I was at work and let me know he was sending important documents to my email. The roof looks amazing! The job was done so quickly I couldn't even manage to send lunch and water to the crew as by the time I was planning to do that they were already done and gone. Three days from start to finish and that's including all the paperwork. They Brought the dumpster and the next day there was a new roof! If you have any questions regarding Anthony and his team, please don't hesitate to ask me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Please tell him Betty sent you. Also, he says they are working in Tampa and in Miami... So who knows he might have a team in your area! Definitely worth your while to give Anthony and his amazing team a chance to bid on your job. There were no extra surprises no hidden costs and definitely did not drag out the job. Anthony and his crew left everything better than they found it. Helpful, Detailed Inspection Report!…read more During our house hunt, in October 2016, my family hired Active Home Inspection, owned by Adam Jasiewicz, to conduct an inspection on a home that we were under contract on. Mr. Jasiewicz personally responded to my business request with a fast response time (same business day). And, most importantly, he was flexible to accommodate many schedules (buyers, sellers and two real estate agents, in addition to his own). Mr. Jasiewicz arrived to the site, explained his inspection plan (including estimated timeframe) and began promptly. He appeared to be precise and often asked questions to ensure accuracy and, in turn, answered questions posed to him. I was impressed that he spent nearly four hours on property! We received an incredibly detailed home inspection report the following morning. We are second-time home buyers and certainly did not receive such detailed work from our previous inspector. Mr. Jasiewicz provided plenty of photographs to complement his analysis which included red arrows to specifically note areas of concern, when needed. Additionally, Mr. Jasiewicz was forthcoming in identifying properly functioning areas and, of course, areas of concern with his recommendation to solicit repairs from a certified contractor. My real estate agent had a follow-up question regarding an issue that we wanted to fix and, again, Mr. Jasiewicz replied promptly and with full explanation. Overall, my experience with Active Home Inspection was remarkable. Although Mr. Jasiewicz works with many clients, I felt that he was fully invested in my property with my best interest in mind. I have no complaints about Active Home Inspection and highly recommend this company to those seeking home inspection services. The process of home-buying is stressful and complicated, and it is a relief to have an expert like Mr. Jasiewicz in one's corner. He made me feel confident in my home-buying decision and I am grateful!
