We called first thing in the morning, and Danny arrived in less than an hour. After a thorough inspection, he phoned Tim, the owner, to share his findings. Tim took the time to personally come over, confirm Danny's suspicions, and collaborate on a plan to resolve the issue. They even coordinated with Caden, another team member, to assist with a specific step of the repair. Our home is older, and we discovered that our kitchen piping had been slowly eroding in the basement crawl space for years before finally bursting. This caused sewage water from our sink and dishwasher to seep into our concrete cinder block basement wall. Within hours, the Rausch Plumbing team had completely re-piped the entire system and provided helpful recommendations for potential restoration work. These guys were outstanding! Hardworking, professional, and genuinely kindhearted. Their level of service and respect was unmatched. My husband and I even joked that Danny was so great, we could imagine inviting him and his family over for a backyard barbecue! Nothing in the kitchen is level, counter tops already craked once. Kitchen cabinets were terrible. They were supposed to be custom Amish builet cabinets. The cabinets came in with sawdust under the paint and so many dings and dents. They weren't even the cabinets that we ordered. They hung the cabinets at all diiffernt heights in the kitchen. Not one thing is level. So many more things to mention. They put caulk over the entire backsplash after the original grout they put in failed and was failing out. Cracked cabinets during install and then "fixed them" with caulk. I aill attach the many pictures, We have given them 18 months to fix things they ruined and they are refusing to take responsibilty. Chad said he, "went above and beyond." Stay far away from these scam artists. All their good reviews are thier family/friends. The pictures were were shown beforehand, that they have on their website aren't even real kitchens that they completed. They also put dings into our new dishwasher with a ladder and refused to fix it because they had already replaced the vent hood that they dented. The floors were installed the wrong way and hav a weird metal transistion dtrip from the hall to the bathroom because they floor person started from 2 oppsites sides of the house instead of working only in 1 direction. It has been such a mess and Chad and Travis wont answer texts or calls. They also completely ignored us when we have asked for insurance information and the name of the "Amish" cabinet maker.
