Easy to set up with an open floor plan. Tables and chairs were also part of the rental. There were about 85 people at the event abd we had space for a DJ and photo booth. Temperature was a little hard to manage. There was plenty of parking on the lot right out front and the location was just off the beltway so super easy to find. I would recommend.

Great staff and very nice, accommodating when I had a last second "GI emergency" and needed to run in and out. This is a complex of spaces that is used for traveling shows, Broadway type productions, and special events, pretty extensive and flexible looking space. The area around the theater seemed sketchy from superficial appearance after dark, I took ride share to/from, but I could be wrong since I'm just visiting.

Pricing is only 8 dollars for each adult which is a great price to go up to the 27th floor of the World Trade Center. There are four different sides of the building with written panels explaining what landmarks and buildings are out in that direction. The views are spectacular.
