We opted for in-house catering, and the pizza and wings were delicious as always. The staff was super accommodating and wonderful, making the food service, bar, and audio/visual a smooth experience. For example, after an initial roll of eight, the system would display an incorrect pin count for the second roll or prematurely record a spare. - Mechanical Failures: Bowling balls frequently became stuck in the lane, often resulting in all players' balls being trapped simultaneously. This caused significant delays and encroached upon our personal time. - Equipment Damage: When balls were returned through the shaft, they were frequently covered in dark brown or black grease stains. - Staff Professionalism: An employee--a gentleman with braids--behaved in a condescending and snobbish manner toward one of the customers in my party. Please wait until construction or renovations are complete, extremely too many issue. It will be very nice place to bowl after completion.
