I had it fixed tonight, which was my first ever filling, and I had a very positive experience! The dentist was very friendly and calmed my nerves. They numbed me with a minty cotton swab and I didn't even feel the Novocain shot. They made sure I was fully numb before beginning the procedure. After that, the cavity filling process was fast and I didn't feel a thing. No discomfort and definitely no pain. The dentist checked in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable. Hoping I don't get another cavity, but if I do, I'll be coming back here!

Was told that I needed some gum work done. they still owed me a cleaning but would not do it until I had the gum work done. I find this unacceptable, I feel I should have the right to decline additional work. they refused to just do the cleaning that I was entitled to. I would definetly not recommend a business that I feel black mails you into treatment you decide not to do for whatever reason. They are your teeth.

I've been a patient here for almost a year now (just had my 2nd 6-month check-up a few days ago). While as a patient here, I've had a filling done on my first ever cavity and it was very comfortable! Currently, in my dental journey, I have adult braces placed 4 weeks ago by my orthodontist and just had my 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday by my oral surgeon. It all started with a referral to my oral surgeon and then a referral to my orthodontist! My dental team all communicate with Dr. Gil and they're all fantastic! The receptionist Karen always greets me by name and she sends me a personal email reminder because she remembered I'm better with email than phone calls. She's also super duper sweet. My RDH Melissa always gives me cool shades to wear and is great with my teeth. She's really knowledgeable too and answers all my questions like, "whats the difference between stannous fluoride and sodium fluoride?" or "should I use a whitening toothpaste with my braces?" She's fantastic. Dr. Gil is always a joy to talk to! He is always careful and thorough in his examination. He's quite the dental nerd haha, I always learn something new from him. Thanks to him, I get to finally correct my underbite. I've been waiting for this for several years :)

I didn't think I would ever write a review for a dentist but I want anyone who is looking here for information to know that my visits to this office for regular appointments or emergency work are always great! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! I went to them starting in 2024 for a cleaning and a tooth concern. I…read morehad told the Dr that there is a massive brown split in my molar. He then stated that that was just a "shadow" and that I have no cavities. Which was already hard to believe cause I was not taking good care of my teeth and was going there to begin my journey to restore my smile health. I did question this diagnosis of a "shadow" and he told me yes there is no cavity there even though, I could see it with my own eyes not even needing an x-ray. Flash forward to 2025 and I was having extreme pain in that tooth so we went back and he then said the tooth would need a root canal and crown. How could that be if there "was no cavity" in the first place so we began that process. the Dr said he could complete the procedure but when it was all said and done turns out he never even finished cleaning the root out!! AND sealed a massive infection in my tooth with a crown!!!! All because the root was curved and his tools couldn't handle cleaning it out properly without breaking my tooth root stating "that's as far as we can go" not "OK the tooth is all cleaned out". Instead of referring me out he went ahead and did the procedure and took our money happily since we were paying out of pocket. Then I was left with a horribly fitting crown destroying my bite and opposing teeth, and the crown was so cheap that when I had to go somewhere else to have the tooth actually cleaned and a proper root canal done the other dentist said that when he drilled through the tooth the crown was flaking away like a piece of plastic and, inside the tooth itself, they opened it and the first thing they said was "wow". I had 2 other fillings placed in this office on cavities they also "missed" during that cleaning as they couldn't have formed in a bit under 2 years by the son that was struggling so bad to reach the teeth that those two fillings had me there for about 3 hours and then ultimately a few days later turned into abscessed infections and needed root canals also. The office finance guy was not willing to refund us the money that we asked for because we didn't pay for the 2 fillings yet that ended up infected so he would give us what was left over after he took the money out for those and that they would replace the crown for free. Why would I want cheap crown in MY mouth. I WILL NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE COME NEAR MY MOUTH AGAIN. I would never send my friends, neighbors, or loved one to them. Do NOT go here as it seems they no longer have any idea what they are doing in there.
