On one occasion I couldn't get through on the phone, and they actually called me back almost immediately, I didn't even leave a message. Such a small thing, but it really shows how attentive they are. Every visit feels smooth and easy. They're great at explaining different massage options, helping match you with the right therapist, and making sure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in. Like any wellness place, sometimes cancellations happen, especially if a therapist is sick. While it's never ideal, they've always handled it professionally and tried to accommodate us in the best way possible, which I really appreciate. What keeps me coming back is not just the service but the variety of massage styles. My husband prefers a very light, gentle massage, while I usually need something deeper and more intense and they always manage to pair us with therapists who can deliver exactly what we need. Overall, this location is friendly, reliable, and truly committed to making sure every client leaves feeling better than they came in. Highly recommend!

She said no as it was a service that's already been rendered. I mean, why would I ever actually return? My patronage is definitely worth more than a $15 credit on my next massage thank you very much. She said she's been in service for years and wants to make things right. I, too, have been in service for over a decade and her approach was 1000% not personable. I literally wish it was a recorded call so her management could listen to it. She said if I didn't like my massage, I should have gotten up from the table and refused to pay at that point. Even said she would not have tipped the therapist, which I still did nonetheless. lol, didn't know that was the etiquette but thanks for the lesson. She even told me that almost all of their reviews are 4 and 5 stars and insinuated that the problem is likely me. The "service" of this place is so pretentious, it's crazy. I'll stick with my massages at Equinox, thanks. ------------------------------ Alex was sweet. Petra was cold af - Like do you even have a soul, maybe try smiling. I had Andrea for my therapist and she was great. Pressure was great and if you run hot, she's perfect for you cause her hands stayed cool as a cucumber. 1 star for the administration of it all. They are not accommodating. With Vegas being a tourist city, and their parking and location being what it is, I'd say plan to get there 30 mins early because if you're stuck looking for their location or looking for a parking spot, you're very much eating into your massage time. I even had a question to which the receptionist had to ask her supervisor, who is not on site, and that took about 6 extra minutes of my time. I think management should give their receptionists more leeway with make decisions. I'm not returning because we had issues at check in and tbh, it's been recurring at The Now's in Silver Lake and New Orleans and I'm just over dealing with them.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in customers, staying on their phone and barely acknowledging me. There was no greeting or professionalism -- I was simply handed paperwork while they continued scrolling on Instagram or TikTok. I requested a combination Thai massage, but the technique felt extremely inexperienced. The therapist attempted back-walking for less than a minute before switching to rubbing heavily fragranced oil all over my body with little to no technique or pressure control. The entire massage felt rushed and careless. To make matters worse, the therapist kept her cell phone in her pocket the entire session, and it constantly vibrated while she was working on me. It was distracting and came across as very unprofessional. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. The oil was so heavily fragranced that my skin became itchy afterward and felt irritated for hours. Because of how uncomfortable the experience was, I ended the massage after only 15 minutes. When I went to leave, instead of apologizing or asking what went wrong, the front desk staff started yelling across the business about how long I had been in the room so they could determine whether to charge me. Thankfully I was not charged, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disappointing. Between the poor customer service, constant phone distractions, overpowering fragrance, and lack of proper massage technique, I would not recommend this place.

The location is in a great area and very easy to find. We arrived slightly early, were greeted immediately, and after a quick check-in, we only waited a few minutes in their peaceful lobby before being taken back. My wife and I did a couples massage in a spacious room that featured three beds and calming background music. The masseuses were wonderful and gave us plenty of privacy to get ready. The session started with about five minutes of light, organized communication, followed by total, silence--it was so relaxing I actually fell asleep while having my feet rubbed! The 90-minutes was incredibly thorough and never felt rushed. They started with my head and upper body, moved down to my legs and feet, and finished with an amazing full back and neck massage using hot stones. They asked about our pressure preferences beforehand, and the execution was absolutely perfect. The ladies were so sweet, kind, and completely welcoming. So many fake 5 star reviews!!!…read more This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I've ever had. My massage therapist didn't seem to know where the muscles were and spent much of the time rubbing directly over my bones instead of working on muscle tissue. It honestly felt more like someone was spreading sunscreen on me than giving an actual massage. We booked a 90-minute couples massage, yet she completely skipped my lower back and didn't massage my feet at all. To make matters worse, we were left feeling extremely oily afterward. The experience at checkout was just as disappointing. Our couples massage was $160, plus they charged an extra $3 just for paying with a credit card. Even though both massages were poor, we still left a $20 tip. Instead of thanking us, they pressured us to leave an even larger tip, which made an already bad experience even worse. I also noticed they've recently increased their prices, which makes the poor quality even harder to justify. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
