Such a fantastic experience from start to finish! I called ahead with quite a few questions about their specials, and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly polite, patient, and managed to squeeze us in for a same-day appointment at 7:30. The location is in a great area and very easy to find. We arrived slightly early, were greeted immediately, and after a quick check-in, we only waited a few minutes in their peaceful lobby before being taken back. My wife and I did a couples massage in a spacious room that featured three beds and calming background music. The masseuses were wonderful and gave us plenty of privacy to get ready. The session started with about five minutes of light, organized communication, followed by total, silence--it was so relaxing I actually fell asleep while having my feet rubbed! The 90-minutes was incredibly thorough and never felt rushed. They started with my head and upper body, moved down to my legs and feet, and finished with an amazing full back and neck massage using hot stones. They asked about our pressure preferences beforehand, and the execution was absolutely perfect. The ladies were so sweet, kind, and completely welcoming. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier massage! read more

So many fake 5 star reviews!!! This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I've ever had. My massage therapist didn't seem to know where the muscles were and spent much of the time rubbing directly over my bones instead of working on muscle tissue. It honestly felt more like someone was spreading sunscreen on me than giving an actual massage. We booked a 90-minute couples massage, yet she completely skipped my lower back and didn't massage my feet at all. To make matters worse, we were left feeling extremely oily afterward. The experience at checkout was just as disappointing. Our couples massage was $160, plus they charged an extra $3 just for paying with a credit card. Even though both massages were poor, we still left a $20 tip. Instead of thanking us, they pressured us to leave an even larger tip, which made an already bad experience even worse. I also noticed they've recently increased their prices, which makes the poor quality even harder to justify. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Loved my massage with Jack. Did a full body couples massage with hot stones and it was amazing. I had so many knots in my back and shoulders and yes it hurt but the relief was almost instant. Very clean and relaxing the entire time. read more

Great massage for the price...just off of Desert Inn on Durango ! The rooms were clean and the masseuse knew how to hit the spots. At the time, they even threw in the hot stones treatment at no cost. I was able to get a same day appointment. read more

One of my very favorite massage places in Vegas. I like 2 of the masseuses very much. The price is average for this kind of spa place. There are private rooms with doors. Some with multiple beds. I've gotten massages with my 6 closest friends all at once. Very nice front desk woman. Someone mentioned being bothered about tipping, I tip and never felt pressured to tip or tip more. I take all my out of town friends who visit here for massage. ‍ read more

Very nice people, I believe it is family owned and operated. The price for 90 minutes was very good and they did a good job. The place was way better than the expected and would return! read more

They must be treated well by their employers. read more

Went to the massage with myself and wife for couples' massage. They had two options for massage, one for $65 for 90 minutes foot and body combination. The other option was $80 for 90 minutes. This includes full body oil as well. The facility has qualified masseuse to facilitate more than one request. My personal is masseuse is Sharon; she has exceptional skill and experience. The whole massage experience was exceptional and recommend the service to future clients., read more

Amazing massage and service. I really recommend this place. Make your appointment it's worth it.

Things were ok here. Front desk was kind of rude on the phone and in person. There is a $3 fee for CC transactions. Massage was cut 15 before the 60 minute mark without an explanation. So I would recommend you check your time when they start and finish. They divided our group of 4 into two, but the massage itself wasn't bad just deep hard pressure from my masseuse. Once we finished we had to wait for the rest of our group to be done and there seemed to be to be an issue within the staff, they were arguing loudly and excessively which then caused the front desk clerk to go to the back and join in the yelling. A little unpleasant situation. read more

Stopped by an impromptu massage on a Friday afternoon, and was able to get an immediate appointment via phone. Price for 90 minute total body massage has slightly increased to $65. The nearby Vons grocery store has now closed, so the mall is even less occupied and have plenty of parking. Hot stone therapy is now available for no additional cost with Yelp checkin. If you write a review on social media, the reception will give you two free face masks. The expected tip still remains, with a twenty being the median for the 90 minute session. read more

This is my go to spa for a massage and Carole is the therapist who I see every time I visit. The rooms are always clean, temperature controlled and comfortable. Carole quickly works my body like a magician, finding the knots of a stressful week and massaging them out. Her hands are strong but soft and she uses her elbows for those really tight areas. Don't be fooled by the many spas near Chinatown or near this location. If you want a great massage at a. Very reasonable cost, with professional therapists, Durango massage is your only choice. read more

I used to come here in the past. The last few times I came, it was not good.I just left with a friend. We had massages. They gave us massages through the towel. They didn't even want to put lotion or oil on your body.We had to ask the main massage was through the towel with dry skin.I would never go back here again read more

Went for a full body massage here for the first time. Ray was my masseuse and man, he was great! He used the right level of pressure and asked if it was okay. If it wasn't he would adjust. $60 for 60 minutes is a really good price. And they were able to schedule me the same day when I called in the morning. read more

Woman at front desk rude and lied to me. I asked for Sharon and she said ok. Took my money and while I was getting my massage found out it was not who I paid for. Massage was REAL BAD. I was recommended this place from a friend and finally I was able to call to book a same day appointment. They were able to accommodate me for a one hour massage as I requested at 8pm. Parking was right in front of the door. It was quiet and dimly lit, perfect for a relaxing massage. I had some tension in my neck and shoulders from probably stress and the gym. By this point I felt so stiff without realizing. I was so lucky to have Steven work out all of my knots and I appreciated him asking what pressure I'd like. I said light to medium but if you feel any knots please work them out. Everything about this massage was amazing. I truly needed that and when I left I felt like a new person. Usually I would go to Mutao spa but I'm so happy that I found a new place. The price was $20 cheaper than Mutao and Steven's hands will be tough to beat. I highly highly recommend this place 10/10 ! read more

The massage itself was decent, but the experience was completely ruined afterward. We left a 15% tip, and the staff stopped us on the way out to mock and scold us. They made passive-aggressive comments, implied we were cheap, and shook their heads repeatedly in disapproval. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful. According to them, a 25% tip for average service qualifies you as a "decent customer." I've never felt so unwelcome. Definitely would not return. read more

Just had the best massage from Reed. Just wow. I was so relaxed I tried to get in someone else's car when I left. Lol! Got the full time and his pressure was amazing. Music and aromatherapy was on point as well. Just what I was hoping for. Nice, clean restrooms. Reception could use a little work... She didn't offer water or give instructions or tell me how long the wait was. And she was on her phone the entire time I waited. Just a pointer towards improvement. Thanks Reed, I'll be back for sure! read more

Best massage ever! It's been a couple years that I've been here but glad they are still providing excellent massages. Reed was my masseuse and he was incredible. Very strong for those of you that like deep tissue. HEADS UP: They will ask for more tip if you don't give enough. I was very thrown off when I gave him a $10 and 4 of the staff pointed to the picture frame with "suggested tips" that reflected more so I gave him more. I see how that makes sense since they're only charging $70 for 90 min and the tip would put it at a $1 per minute (super reasonable) but I thought that was very tacky to ask for more and left a bad taste in my mouth. Uhhh weird. Just be aware of that. That part gets zero stars. read more

Honestly one if the best massages either of us have had in a long while. Worked out all the knots and tension points. We got a couples full body deep tissue for 90 min, and left on cloud nine. They listen to what you're looking for and confirm how hard and adjust as needed, the ONLY complaint we had was not the massage it was the ambiance, full animated conversation between the two masseuse for the vast majority of the massage. Make sure you're clear on what you're ordering beforehand and be ready to tip (they deserve it! but have been known to shame you on less than 20%) We will definitely be back. Great value. read more

True to their word. The website says, "Our masseuse can tend to all your relaxation and therapeutic massage needs in one place, ensuring that one simple visit helps you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world again." And that's EXACTLY what happened. My friend & I came for a session midday. The spa was quiet & inviting, with soft music playing. The receptionist was lovely & full of beautiful smiles. I got a 90 min full body session. My masseur was incredibly intuitive and skillful with strong yet compassionate hands. He used a combination of techniques to loosen & wake up my ol' stiff-n-cranky muscles. I was surprised at how energized I felt afterward. In fact, even when I got home at 9 p.m. to make dinner, I was dancing around the kitchen. My friend loved his session, too. He got foot reflexology and body. He said she was a really knowledgeable and gifted masseuse. We both felt like we were there being pampered for hours. We left feeling cosmically righteous. Lol. We're going to find out if they offer membership plans cuz we gotta go again and again! read more

First time here, and my massage was average/decent 7/10 at its best. I'm giving this place a 3 star because you should be prepared to pay the MINIMUM 25% tip, as this is what the masseuse expects after their average service. My masseuse immediately complained of my 20% tip, which she should've been thankful, as the massage wasn't a 10 star rating. I definitely would've tipped 30% for a 10 star massage, but it's sad this place "requires" that minimum tip... you get what you pay for read more

I'm not really sure these people are licensed. I managed a massage studio and I had to learn all about massages. The guy who was saved me didn't know how to wrap properly and he was going the wrong way on my temples and didn't seem to have a routine for the full body massage. It was just all over the place. We were taken back to a room never told what to do so we had to go up front and ask cause we didn't want someone walking in on us. Then they never asked what pressure we wanted or why we were even there. The who reason we came was because my neck hurt and now it hurts worse. I wasn't going to tip but they made me feel like I had to . Then complained that I tipped to low. Seriously someone should look into this place. read more

I have been here a couple of times. Especially when it first opened. I enjoyed the messages that I even brought two of my friends here, and we were all happy with the massage we received. I went for a massage last week, and I received the worst massage ever. Tom was the guy who massaged me. He was sitting for most of the time. He was barely messaging me even though I continuously asked him to apply pressure he didn't care. I did notify the front desk of my disappointment. She was polite and told me that she will make sure I get a better masouse next time I go. Unfortunately, I had to pay $60 for a massage that I couldn't wait until it ended and $10 undeserving tip. read more

Place is lovely, clean and well organized. My Masseur was good: 7 out of 10. Except the next door voice. I was hearing everything was going on in next door between masseuse and a client. Omg, the worst place. NOT RECOMMEND They have Tip "suggestion" list. But it is not just suggestion, they will not take you in unless you actually give them amount of TIP that they are REQUESTING. It is actually TIP REQUEST NOT TIP SUGGESTION. Who does that. Tip is tip and based on service people leave as much as they want. Horrible customer service read more

update : idk why i went back, mainly because my sister booked the appointment but the same lady who was rude about the tip was back at it again. she gave attitude that we paid with card, it's 2023 lady who has cash. the massage therapist were mediocre and this time i wanted to give a decent tip since last time they gave attitude about a 20% tip we gave. (see first review) i asked if we can tip with card and the lady said " you don't have cash?" i told her well i want to give you more than last time since you were so upset about the 20 %. Her eye roll went to another universe. don't go to this place. that's strike two sis. we will take our business to Mulan Massage across the street thank you. read more

A strange location, but a fantastic atmosphere and wonderful massage. I had the 90-minute special for $55 and it was absolutely delightful. Keep in mind that this is a traditional foot massage parlor, not an "on the strip" spa, the massage is better, you feel better, but you aren't going to get fawned over like you will on the strip or at a European massage parlor if you want that head to massage envy or somewhere similar. If you are looking for an excellent, body refreshing, no-frills massage this is the place to go. Considerations for a massage: - Factor a minimum of 25% tip into the cost. It's a strange way of billing, but consider it part of the ridiculous service culture in the US. - If the pressure isn't firm enough or you want something different: USE YOUR WORDS. A masseuse is not a mind reader, feedback is required for a great experience - If you don't understand something: ASK questions, and don't be shy. You are there for a service. To get the best service be kind, ask questions, and get clarification about how they can help you have a wonderful experience. - Arrive clean! read more
