Ok so let me start off by saying I've NEVER left a negative yelp review but here goes…read more I was super excited to try this place, one because it's super close to my house and two because I hadn't had a massage in a long time. So I dragged my husband along with me at around 10:30 pm to check the place out. We get there paid the receptionist (which also turned out to be my husbands masseuse) for two massages and we had to remind her we needed our $70 change back. I specifically asked my masseuse for a deep tissue, I have a lot of knots (notice how I said I have, as in they're still there) that a needed to get rid of.... well I basically received just light rubbing which a could have got at home. So disappointing. Now here's the main reason why I'm writing this review as we're walking out my masseuse demands a tip from me. She made me feel so awkward. My husband had already left her $15 tip with the receptionist and I guess she assumed I wasn't going to leave a tip. But the audacity to confront me and say "what no tip" and she was dead serious, she followed us to the door. Anyway terrible experience! Overall less than mediocre experience. The one star is because I had to give it at least a star to post my review.

My sisters and I decided to get massages as part of my birthday celebration. We originally called…read moreanother place but couldn't get the services we wanted, so we found Yaya Spa instead because they told us they had enough staff to accommodate all of us for 60-minute full body massages. Before we even started, we were told we had to leave a $20 tip. Once the massages began, the experience only got worse. My massage therapist left the room at least 7-10 times during my session. There was also a baby crying the entire time, which completely ruined any relaxing atmosphere. On top of that, my sisters didn't even receive proper full body massages. They weren't fully turned over during the session, and the entire experience lasted closer to 30 minutes instead of the full 60 minutes we paid for. After giving poor service, they still tried to pressure us for additional tips. The whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're in Las Vegas or North Las Vegas looking for a real massage experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I voiced repeatedly (no exaggeration --at least fifteen times) about discomfort, requesting lighter pressure, to stop, to move on to another area. It was the exact opposite of relaxing or therapeutic; it was painful and anxiety inducing. My entire body feels bruised and the reflexology caused agonizing muscle spasms. I know when I get home I'll be black and blue all over my back and neck. Recommend only to someone you despise because this was an awful experience. Adding insult to injury it's also very expensive.

I hate to leave a bad review, because the service I got was great and the people there were nice,…read morebut I got my massage over a month ago now (7/18) and ever since my massage there's been a weird tingle on my left shoulder blade that pops up every now and then. This was my first massage, so I wasn't sure if that was normal, but I am still currently experiencing the issue. The area that's affected was a spot that the woman focused on more than the rest of my back, I don't know if she felt like a knot or what, and at first I thought maybe the sensation was because there was better blood flow, but with how long it's been happening I think it's a separate issue. The medical professional I've told about it says she's not even sure what exactly happened. My arm still works fine, but because of the random flare ups of the tingly sensation it's suspected there might be minor nerve damage :( I had high hopes seeing there's so many 5* reviews, but now I wish I didn't go so I wouldn't have to deal with this daily sensory issue that flares up even when I'm not doing anything.

Really appreciate how easy it is to navigate her website and book appointments and redeem gift certificates. The location was easy to find and Leanne greeted me at the door. Now I've had many massages in my lifetime and it's a fine balance between a good firm pressure and waking up the next day feeling like someone beat you. Leanne has mastered that balance. I feel like she expertly worked out all the knots in my shoulders and I felt genuine relief and not additional soreness.
