We get there paid the receptionist (which also turned out to be my husbands masseuse) for two massages and we had to remind her we needed our $70 change back. I specifically asked my masseuse for a deep tissue, I have a lot of knots (notice how I said I have, as in they're still there) that a needed to get rid of.... well I basically received just light rubbing which a could have got at home. So disappointing. Now here's the main reason why I'm writing this review as we're walking out my masseuse demands a tip from me. She made me feel so awkward. My husband had already left her $15 tip with the receptionist and I guess she assumed I wasn't going to leave a tip. But the audacity to confront me and say "what no tip" and she was dead serious, she followed us to the door. Anyway terrible experience! Overall less than mediocre experience. The one star is because I had to give it at least a star to post my review.

Unfortunately, when my younger sister started to pay, the situation was even more uncomfortable. She tipped what I would consider a reasonable amount (around 20%), but the person at the front desk questioned it and pressured her to tip more, making comments about what others typically tip and asking why she wasn't tipping higher. It got to the point where she felt compelled to adjust or send an additional tip via Zelle just to resolve the situation and leave. That level of pressure felt inappropriate and took away from what would have otherwise been a positive experience. Really appreciate how easy it is to navigate her website and book appointments and redeem gift certificates. The location was easy to find and Leanne greeted me at the door. Now I've had many massages in my lifetime and it's a fine balance between a good firm pressure and waking up the next day feeling like someone beat you. Leanne has mastered that balance.
