The staff who provided the service did a good job, and we left feeling relaxed. However, the experience at checkout completely changed how we felt about the visit. There was significant pressure around tipping that made both of us very uncomfortable. I felt it during my visit and ended up tipping more than I normally would just to avoid an awkward situation. Unfortunately, when my younger sister started to pay, the situation was even more uncomfortable. She tipped what I would consider a reasonable amount (around 20%), but the person at the front desk questioned it and pressured her to tip more, making comments about what others typically tip and asking why she wasn't tipping higher. It got to the point where she felt compelled to adjust or send an additional tip via Zelle just to resolve the situation and leave. That level of pressure felt inappropriate and took away from what would have otherwise been a positive experience. While the service itself was good, the checkout experience left a lasting negative impression. Because of that, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning or recommending this place to others.
