DO NOT COME HERE. Me and my friend came here on Saturday night around 8pm. 50$ for a 1 hr foot massage FROM THE KNEES DOWN. Same motions over and over again! They use 15 min of the time for your feet to just soak in a bucket ..you're just laying there. Why would I spend 50$ to soak my feet in a bucket. A BUCKET. Oh it gets worse.. Then she was very rough. Threw my feet around like slabs of meat. I told her SOFTER like 5 times and she laughed and said things in their language and the other girl who was massaging my friends leg next to me was saying something to her in a tone of voice like trying to tell her to calm down. The massage felt like she was angry and was taking it out on me. I don't even know this lady never met her before never said a thing to her. I KNOW and feel the energy of people no matter in what language. Then the audacity when it came to tip. They FORCED us to tip 20$. Yes FORCED! Not only that as my friend began to write 15$ she GRABBED the pen and CROSSED it out and said 1 hour is 20$ tip please change it and THEN said INITIAL IT! YES THAT REALLY HAPPENED. Because we are such nice people and just want to avoid confrontation ..we did it.. Absolutely atrocious!!!! I've had full body massages for 70$ with nice people who actually care. DO NOT COME HERE. I've had a handful of massages in my lifetime. A lovely topless massage in Mexico, a lovely full body, deep tissue massage in Thailand. A few messages locally in Vegas at Awana Spa in Resorts World Casino. And now I've had one at Mulan Spa. This was by far the worst massage experience I've ever had. A friend highly recommended this place so I brought my sister as a birthday gift. The atmosphere: at first glance you'd think it was serene and quiet. When you walk in you can hear a peaceful soundtrack playing. There are plenty of rooms but the walls to the rooms do not go to the ceiling so you can hear everyone speaking very clearly. In addition to the constant door chiming and the business phone ringing, I could clearly hear the person next door to me speaking at a normal outside tone. At no point did the staff encourage the patron to speak lower as other clients were being serviced. In addition, my masseuse didn't silence her ringer and her phone went off during my session. Very disappointing. The service: I paid upfront for a 90min deep tissue massage for myself and a 90min combo of body massage and foot massage for my sister. While my sister absolutely enjoyed her massage, I unfortunately did not. My masseuse did not handle me with care. Many times my bare bottom and breasts were exposed and she didn't take care to ensure I was covered. At one point she went to cover my breast, she yanked the sheet so quickly and accidentally pinched my nipple in the process. I've had a few deep tissue massages before and there is no way what I received today was a deep tissue massage. I was asked to turn over and the masseuse proceeded to massage my face without first asking if I were ok with whatever oils she placed on my face. This was the same with my hair. I'm used to be asked upfront if I'm ok with the oils being placed in my hair/on my head. Customer Service: all of the staff I encountered were kind. The tip as others mentioned is made to seem mandatory. I paid a tip upfront for both mine and my sisters masseuse PRIOR to me receiving a not so great massage. It was a very disappointing experience for me and I won't return for the reasons mentioned above. I'm happy to see so many others have had pleasurable experiences here. I hope my review will trigger a look into the current practices and improve the current process. read more

I used to go here quite a bit years ago. Business was sold. tried it a few times just OK. Hadn't tried in years. Thought I would give it a try again. I have a license massage therapist that drives quite a distance to bring their table to my home, they charge $80 an hour and they get everything that is sore & massage consistently for the hour. Hour and a half, $120 usually tip him since he gives an excellent massage $30 total of 150. Did not ask me if I had any spots that were sore or to concentrate on. Got the hour an half 120 tipped $20 paid ahead. That's what I chose to tip since they asked me to pay ahead of time. The hot towels and the hot rocks are ok but would like them maybe in the beginning to loosen up sore stiff muscles, tight muscles. So you get hot and cold. They were pretty hard on your skin to remove lotions or whatever. Showered twice before I went. I left there with sore neck, sore shoulders and lower back sore, which is why I went in for the massage in the first place. Then when I got ready to leave, the girl pointed to the 90 minute massage and said that I needed to tip $25. So I gave her the five dollars additional on cash. But as far as I was concerned, the massage was just ok 120.00, for the massage I received I would've probably given 10 bucks. Which would've let them know that I was not real happy and they could've asked why, so they could improve their business.The $25 tip that I was told that I needed to leave. I don't think I've ever been told I have to leave a specific tip. I wish they had let me know that before I went in and I would've told them that that's OK. I'll go somewhere else. To be fair, I have had $120 Chinese massage many times sometimes good sometimes not so good. I'll stick to my home massage I'll look for another place to go with better massage people when I can't get my 1 at home. read more

Vivian was the one to take care of me today. Honestly I've had many massages from all over the place trying to find my regular spot, and I'm someone that gets massages at least 2-3 times a Month. Not only is is super pretty inside, but the service was amazing. I did the 90 minute full body Thai massage, and when I tell you I have been so sore, so stiff, and so uncomfortable coming out of my massage I am so relieved of all tension. Vivian did such an amazing job I'm so surprised this place only has the 3.5 stars! If I can give many more stars I would most definitely would. I really enjoyed this place. It was more than I expected really. The front staff was friendly and attentive. I made an appointment so I was seen right away. I normally want a man to give me a massage but I wasn't able to ask for my preference. However the lady did not disappoint. She's small but mighty and solved all my back problems. I wanted to add aromatherapy but it already smelled so good in there I didn't need to. My massage came with free hot stone and that was perfect my massage went by really quick I was shocked that it was an hour long. This place is excellent I will be back. The only thing I dont like is that at the end of the massage when I went to pay she stood right next to me expecting a tip. I don't carry any cash ever so she didn't get it but I felt obligated to give her one even though it was my intention to tip anyway. Please don't do this anymore it's nerve wrecking. read more

Thorough and aggressive massage! $70 for a full body hour with hot stones and a scrub is such a great deal. There were a couple times where my masseuse answered the phone and was distracted for a few minutes, and some parts felt pretty rushed, but I felt amazing after. A few spots were particularly painful, and she was diligent in smoothing those spots out which was much needed. I wasn't expecting my entire bare ass to be out LOL but it was good none the less. They didn't ask any medical questions which was a little concerning, but I don't personally have any relevant medical issues and was just there for a general massage so it wasn't a personal issue, just something to think about. The tipping chart at the front desk is a little aggressive, and I felt a little uncomfortable giving my cash tip at the end when everything felt so rushed. read more

I'm a bit harsh but I get massages regularly. For starters, i do appreciate them taking me last minute on a Friday night however, only good thing. When I got there, they asked for payment. No barbershop, nail salon etc requires payment upfront. Wasn't happy about them. Then to the massage- horrible. They never asked me about pressure or anything. This was more of a rub down than a massage. Therapist was pretty rough. Started with no oil or lotion just rough running through the sheets. She then just rubbed me down with little to pressure applied whatsoever. Every time she would uncover parts of my body and then move on. Never would cover them back. Even left the room one time and left me both uncovered and a bottle of oil between my legs. So the worst part was that because they made me pay first, generically wasn't able to leave tip. But when i went to check out they basically DEMANDED a tip. Stood over me until I wrote a tip out. I don't HAVE to tip anything. I feel no better leaving out of there than I did going in there. I am a health care worker, working long hours. Finding a good massage place is a must. One of my friend told me about this place, I decided to give a try. OMG, this is the best massage and spa I have ever experienced. Their massage therapists are very caring, they asked which part of my body is hurting, and they will emphasize that part and tailor massage techniques based on customers needs. I have had back and neck issues for a long time, it's been bothering me badly, they used some magic techniques to relieve the stress of neck and shoulder, I feel like I am revived. When we arrived the lady was very nice and welcoming. The place was clean and felt relaxing. My significant other and I got a couples massage. Overall it was an okay massage. I am not from the area and have had other massages before, I found it odd that they never asked about any medical questions (allergies, past injuries/surgeries, etc). During the massage the worker went and answered the phone and left for 10 minutes or so, which was fine, but they never made up that time. I decided to treat my sister and myself for a full body massage, I was told by the hostess to get a couples massage so I said no, Im my sister's twin I guess she didn't see the resemblance.
