You can't miss the HUGE colorful mural on the outside in the parking lot, but the RE itself is on the right side. Conveniently located by a 3 bus stop as well. I was in the market for some postcards and other papercraft supplies and brought some scrapbook paper I knew I wouldn't use with me to donate as well. The staff was very nice and organized. After seeing the true breadth of all of the various materials sold at the RE, I will definitely bring more miscellaneous craft stuff with me to donate next time. Have to make room for new stuff! I was able to purchase some postcards (they were 50 cents each or 3 for $1), a container to hold some of my other materials, and a set of Dublin stickers, all for $15 flat. Cannot stress enough how AFFORDABLE stuff is. In general I would say go in to look around and not want anything too specific, especially on a busy day like a Saturday, because it was a bit crowded. But they had materials truly for all typees of crafts: fabric, knitting, sewing, painting, papercrafts, jewelry, woodworking... as well as larger materials. Really affordable and hope to get the word out about this place! There are two gender-neutral restrooms located in the lobby of the building as well as part of the shared space.

Whoever buys for Anastacia's really has a good eye for antiques. The stuff they have here is really rare and unique. This is not a junk Knick knack shop and most of the items have a price tag to reflect how unique they are. Pieces can trend toward the more expensive side; however, deals are to be found, and while we were there, there was a 30% off sale. The staff are friendly, and my transaction is quick and efficient. While on site, I purchased several wine bottle snuggies that were styled after Chinese-style clothing. They were $3.50 each--a bargain. I was greeted nicely enough by a gentleman who sat slightly obscured behind a stack of... things. The whole store was full of ..... things. The store had everything from "vintage" stuff to random junky stuff that just looked... used. The displays made it really difficult to walk around. My girlfriend and I went there in search of a pink Witch's Ball for her sister. We've been inside to look at the stuff at least a dozen times, because it's so pretty. Although they didn't have quite exactly what we were looking for they were very nice and helpful finding us something that would be perfect, and they gave us a few bucks off the sticker price as well. This place is certainly not handicap accessible, just because the paths between shelves are so narrow, and of course there's risk of breaking something. They do have a lot of stuff in the windows, and they always hang a bunch of stained glass under the awning for pedestrians to admire. Even if you don't plan to buy something you should walk through this. I'm always a fan of stained glass, so I just love this place.

It was so difficult to choose. I made three laps around the store before I discovered "Dancing Shiva." " This cosmic dance of Shiva is called 'Anandatandava,' meaning the Dance of Bliss, and symbolizes the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, as well as the daily rhythm of birth and death. The dance is a pictorial allegory of the five principle manifestations of eternal energy--creation, destruction, preservation, salvation, and illusion.
