I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

He showed up early (which almost never happens with service people), explained everything clearly, gave us a fair price compared to the others who quoted, and just had this calm, patient vibe that put us at ease. No high-pressure sales stuff and he actually took the time to walk us through what he was seeing and gave us some solid tips on keeping mice out for good. We went ahead and hired him on the spot. He set up traps, sealed entry points, and we cleaned up what was there. Thought we were done... until a few days later when a couple more droppings popped up. Mark (APC) has always gone over and beyond his call of duty when servicing my properties. Personally I can see how appointments get missed and things get forgotten. With that being said, one just needs to remember that we are only human, mistakes get made & appointments get over looked, we are none of us perfect in any form or fashion. Alternative Pest Control as with any company has bills to pay and cost's that need to be met. By signing a legal binding contract we are expected to do our part and do the right thing. Maybe people should take the time to read and understand their responsibilities before signing any legal document. We as costumers expect a service to be done as is stated, but we are also expected to maintain our responsibilities as stated by the contract that we sign. As human's we must allow for the times that things happen and be understanding. What if there were a horrible accident and someone got hurt? Would you still have to same mind set? If after some 7 years of service, this is the only thing your upset about? I say good luck finding another company that offers the same service for the same low cost.
