Through a local network of people, I was referred to Janet Penfield of Champion Overhead Door. I called Janet and she answered her phone right away and scheduled an appointment to come out to the property and measure and price out a new door. Janet was so knowledgeable and friendly and the price was amazing. We ordered the door right then and there. The door was installed about a week later and we were so impressed with it. It was not only a beautiful door but the new opener and roller system was whisper quiet. We were so impressed that we decided to order 2 new doors for our primary home. We called Janet again in January of 2014. Just last week, we had the other 2 new doors installed. We ordered a higher end door with a very high R Value because the garage is direct entry to the house and right below the kitchen. We've always had problems with our old doors with rattling and letting cold air in. After 1 week of the new doors doors being installed we are again beyond pleased. The new doors, rollers, and openers are once again whisper quiet so the whole house doesn't shake now when we open and close them and the temperature inside the garage is 15 degrees warmer! It's absolutely amazing. Do not hesitate to call Janet at Champion Overhead Door. Even if y don't think you need a new door, you'll be amazed to learn what new technology is out there and how amazing new doors are. I reached out to Mike at the Bridge of Flowers Business Center and he was very willing to accommodate me by letting me work in the office temporarily. The connections, etc, are great. The other people in the office are very friendly. The location is also ideal -- on the third floor of the building on top of McCusker's Market. There is plenty of parking as well as places nearby for lunch. You can basically choose to work in a cube, desk, or space, and pay a corresponding rate. There are offices, and a meeting room. There is also a kitchen area with a refrigerator (no freezer), dishes, and utensils. The bathroom also has a shower (if for some reason you need that). The business center has actually been here for about 10 years, but it's not heavily promoted. I learned about it from a friend who worked in the office.
