ALERT HOUSTON !!! I hired GRADY B to cut a piece of bead board to glue behind on the wall of the…read morehalf bathroom under the stairs. Not a hard task. Well, what a disaster this person is. First, he is very old and he and his brother stink so badly it's offensive to come into someone's home with that stench. They miscalculated and cut the bead board wrong and had to go to purchase another piece. Instead of installing one full piece of board, which was the goal, they split the board down the middle. It looks like bullshite and very amateur. Grady B scratched up the side wall and knocked a little chunk out of the sheet rock. To continue to make matters worse, Grady B broke a large candle stick with his bulky ladder that was actually moved out of the way for safety. He didn't tell me he broke it, not did he confess about the scratched up wall. After 3 hours of blunderbussing around I asked him to leave. He broke my property, ruined the wall I have no touch up paint for, and installed the bead board incorrectly. I won't even mention that Grady B completely misunderstood a request to hardwire lights on the dining room wall. I dont like to be ugly, but this person is also one of those obnoxious " know-it-alls" that doesn't know squat and is not worth the risk and aggravation to have in your home to fix, repair, or install anything. Don't trust this persons skill level.

The quality of service was the most unprofessional and below quality standards. In fact it was so bad I have video and pictures of the outcome giving Mr Jose multiple opportunities to make things right. I literally am going to spend about $800 to fix his damages and possibly more. This guy apparently hires contractors or people off the street and brings them into your property not knowing who they are nor their background and quality of work. He had two gentlemen that were arguing inside the first day and apparently he didn't know who they were. These guys told me they were hired by him and he was not prepared with any of the materials which made him late each day as he told me a specific time to be there we were all there and he never showed up till about an hour later stating that he forgot some materials and had to go to home Depot. There is plenty more to the story I have just spent two days with Jose and 12 to 14 hours each day yes that many hours my whole weekend and I lost a lot of money at this point. He did not deserve the money I ended up paying him after he left there was so much spray over damage my carpet damaged my walls I'm going to have to repaint the whole place again damaged my fans that I lend him in his crew I have no problem lending people things as it's hot or they may forget a hammer here and there but for them to destroy my fans I have paid for brand new all full of paint and overspray one of the fans is a solar power that cost me $75. That's not even a couple of months old. I've lost a lot of money have to replace new blinds the overspray was all over the windows walls door handles power cords just a horrible job. Every day he had an excuse this guy should not be a handyman nor should he be out there doing work. My experience these are facts not somebody that just made this stuff up. He also messed up our gate. He admitted he didn't know how to fix the gate. He actually ripped us off. After looking at gate he broke it more.
