I stumbled upon Irvine Smoke Shop while looking for a quick stop off the 55 freeway, and I'm so…read moreglad I did. The location couldn't be more convenient -- literally a minute from the exit with plenty of easy parking. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different from your typical smoke shop. It's spotless, well-lit, and everything is neatly organized and easy to find. No clutter, no confusion -- just a clean setup that actually makes browsing enjoyable. The selection here is top-tier. They've got everything -- from high-end glass pieces and vapes to hookahs, cigars, and every accessory you can think of. You can tell they care about quality and variety. Whether you're new to it all or you know exactly what you're looking for, this shop has it. Prices are fair, and there's a surprising range -- from affordable everyday options to premium gear that's worth checking out. But what really makes this place stand out is JOE. He's the kind of employee who makes you want to come back. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find what fits you. He doesn't rush you, doesn't upsell, and actually takes time to explain the products and give honest recommendations. You can tell he knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. It's rare to find service like that anywhere these days -- let alone at a smoke shop. Thanks to Joe, this is officially my go-to spot in Irvine. If you stop by, ask for him -- you'll see exactly why everyone raves about the service here. JOE literally took extra steps to make sure they had items I wanted in stock, ordered more, and confirmed before I even paid. I wanted bulk so I then asked if I could get a bulk discount.. like aALOT, he said he'll ask, and bro literally came out and grabbed me to tell me what they could do. It wasn't a crazy discount, but with their margins, I'm sure it was a lot. For that he is the BOMB!!

The gentleman who helped me was very calm and polite, showed me several items that met my specifications and price range, and made it easy to buy! He also gets extra praise for taping the bowl to the downspout to prevent any accidental loss or damage on the drive home. Irvine Smoke Shop is now my go-to, especially since it is right next to the I-5. I will happily drive over there instead of settling for what I have closer to me in Westminster!

Was able to walk out with a PuffCo Proxy Core kit after my second visit after deciding with Toby. If the Santa Ana location is too far maybe the Huntington location can cater to you if that's closer. He resolved my issue and went out of his way to be even more accommodating. Came across their instagram page and was impressed by the many unique glass pieces they have posted. After going to the shop, I can attest the selection of glass pieces here is high quality and while they had a couple empty display cases at the time due to transferring some inventory to their newest shop they are restocking those soon. Overall, I've enjoyed the piece I picked up the other day, a nice addition to the collection! Plus the guy at the shop was very friendly, it was just a minor miscommunication when it came to the discount that was quickly resolved the following day by the owner Sam! Due to the nice selection and great customer service I'll def consider coming back here or their sister store to pick up more in the near future!!!
