The store is large and spacious with a lot of merchandise that is very well organized. There is a Starbucks in the front of the establishment and you can get your favorite beverage and relax. They also have a great selection of magazines, special gifts for the book lovers in your life, and I always seem to find something good in the clearance area. I could tell she was judging me but at the time I didn't care. She stated it wasn't out but I could preorder it, I said yes please gave my name, phone number and email and asked if I could pay for it now. she said no I had to wait till it was in, I said ok thanks and thought I was good! today I went in to get my copy and what I was excited for became aggravation quickly! I was told I was not on the list for the book and that my information wasn't even in their system. I told them no I was in here months ago and talked to someone who was rude but that I gave her all my information. they apologized and said they didn't have a copy for me and that they are sold out, they also couldn't say if and when more would come out. The two ladies today were nice and took my information again but I'm so aggravated that my personal views were not just judged by an employee but that she pretended to help and then no one could rectify it! I will be ordering my copy somewhere else and telling anyone who will listen this store is not to be trusted and to shop elsewhere!

Well, they offer endless vinyl to pour over. Endless cds to browse. Endless vhs tapes to get at a cheap price. They had it all and then some. Rows and rows and rows of cds, vinyls, dvds, vhs tapes. Boxes and boxes of the same all over the place. If you are claustrophobic, this store is not for you. If you are a music lover, this store is for you. If you are both... well take your chance and maybe find something cool or unique. The prices on everything seems pretty good, if not a bit cheap. Every artist I thought of, I found something from them. Even happened upon bands I haven't heard of in forever. They do take trade-ins if you are looking to offload rare music stuff or music players. Quite a great little stop if you love music or vinyl or clutter. I tried to capture the charm and the quantity of stuff available in my photos, so you can see what I am talking about.

The good news is the staff is super friendly and easy to approach, so don't hesitate to ask them for help or something specific. I was also surprised by how much international stuff they carry. They even had a recent Kpop album from a group I like and I did not expect them to have it in stock. Overall just a really fun place to come to with friends, flip through some records, and maybe find something you weren't expecting. Would go back!

Not only did they have it available but it was priced well too. The staff was very friendly and this place is huge. Highly likely that whatever you are looking for, they'll have it here.
