This store carries a lot of high end fashion brands from Italy, it is like shopping in Italy right in SGV. Clothes are not cheap but you get what you pay for, right? Unlike most high end boutiques, the sales people are not too nice and they follow you around. These sales ladies were very nice and not pushy at all. They took the time to talk to me and showed me the brands they carry. Overall I had a very good experience at this store. I will definitely return to this store when I need to buy a present for my mom.

You do need to call them on their phone to make an appointment since it is at a different location than here. Definitely need to speak Chinese (I speak broken and conversational Mandarin) to communicate but still managed to get my beautiful qipao with tailor. Overall, highly recommend to friends and family who are looking for qipaos. Her qipaos also won Miss Chinatown a few times too so you know she's talented :-)

The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!
