The office scheduled me for the following week- as I was getting in my car the office called me back and asked if I was still in pain and was told to come back. Dr. Mirman did my root canal the same day! I could cry! I absolutely love this office. Dr Alexandra did not close the canal. she took our money and did't close the canal. I will have to take my wife somewhere else now and pay again. 2- i tried to make an appointment with Dr Levine for my own root canal. they tried to book me with Dr Alexandra. I said no. So they offered me an appointment a month later with Dr Levine. I told the receptionist i was in pain and couldn't she give me something sooner. them something unbelievable happened. She put me on hold so that i could overhear the conversation and spoke to the office manager saying that i was a problem patient and the two of them spoke about me in a derogatory manner so that I could actually hear them! They then hung up on me. Then called me back and said the dr would be away and that they had nothing until February. This happened on December 29. I went back inside to report to what had happened to the dental iffice who recommended them. I then went out and called them again and they answered and hung up on me again.

There is pain and anxiety involved…read more Everyone from the reception staff, the dental assistants and the extremely expert doctors themselves are keenly aware of this. They are always readily available to answer all questions and communication between patient and office is prompt and consistent. That's just the receptionist! Everyone there treats the patient with kindness and empathy. The dental hygienist Ashley patiently listened to my concerns and reassured me that everything would be alright. Dr. Kwok goes above and beyond to make what is normally a very unpleasant procedure quick and comfortable as possible. The office is extremely clean and high tech. All the latest technology is utilized to accurately diagnose your issue. Dr. Kwok did what no other dentist has done in these procedures --she explained each step, was kind and transparent when there was pain and gave me a timestamp for when the procedure would be over.
