The lines are crisp, straight, and exactly how we envisioned them. It made our boxy home feel much warmer and more welcoming this holiday season, and it really stands out in our neighborhood. We also had 30+ mph winds recently, and while other homes nearby had lights shift or come down, ours didn't move at all. That alone speaks to the quality of his work. Anyway, never got a refund and he took our lights. He works without any safety harnesses and no fall protection. Caution: stay away from this guy.

I don't like strangers in my home, I don't like socializing in public. THIS IS MY SANCTUARY. And truth be told I'm a stage 5 klinger. Once you have me as a client I may or may not be quite something to deal with. I know high maintenance when I see it [and I'm it..no shame in my game]. When I found this service on Yelp, they were one of two narrowed down, and quite frankly I just liked what they had to say, so they got the bid, pure and simple. AND when I asked her about her staff [because I was worried about turnover in todays economy and the service industry] she was a little taken aback. BUT she defended her staff and TRULY likes her staff, and her retention rate was great, she mentioned. Okay, I will take her on her word. In comes the first deep clean..here we go. She warned me it was a FULL day.. and it was. When I tell you there were no less than 10 people in this house top and bottom floors, I'm not joking. I watched them like bees in a hive. I've owned rental properties throughout the Midwest, I've retained MANY move in, move out and continual cleaning services. But I have never seen what they did. None of them spoke a word. Yet in tandem, did things I never even thought to do. There was no weird odor, no smell, no chit chat, no laughing no talking no nonsense. This group was HERE TO DO A JOB. I sat here, in my chair, in AWE and watched as [what I call kids..all in their 20's and 30's] worked like a successful unit. Here is the truth-I was exhausted. It almost brought tears to my eyes. Watching my home being transformed into something immaculate, my sanctuary becoming spotless. One by one cleaning and picking up as they went, by the end of an 8 hour day they were gone and I had not recognized my home by clock out time. What they did, SHE SAID THEY WOULD DO. No sitting on their phones, no loud music, no TEXTING, NO TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER WASTING TIME.. I was so appreciative you have no idea. I watched them ALL like hawks, but there was ZERO to watch for. It has been months now, and today was my cleaning day. You will not know they are there. You will not know they are gone. I am still in awe, I am STILL as grateful as ever and they will have a lifelong client as long as they are in business. This is a 100% factual based review. I have no skin in this game, I do not know them, but I will tell you this. THEY ARE A PHENOMENAL BUSINESS MODEL. And you would be foolish not to try to secure their services.

They set the timer and even moved my valve box to a different location (my bad, I sprung a last minute glitch in the plan) and had the valve box set up nice so no critters could get in etc. They cleaned up so nicely can't even tell they were here. They are my 3rd try at using Yelp. I've actually saved them in my contacts as "The only irrigation to use ever" in my phone. Trust me.. no regrets. I am satisfied. Pfeifer replaced my composite roof with a standing seam metal roof this winter. My experience was…read moreessentially perfect, or as perfect as one of the most stressful home purchases you'll make can be. I got four bids from local companies and while Pfeifer was not the cheapest, they had the best combination of knowledge, experience, and price out of the four. Sam's advice about the best underlayment and important details of the panel structure and flashing made Pfeifer stand out from the pack. Pfeifer scheduled the removal of my composite roof for the next time that the weather cleared. Hector and his crew were out here early every day, and they worked hard. They worked almost every day for about a week including coming in on the weekend when the weather allowed. Once the underlayment was on they waited about a week for the panels to get produced and delivered and then Hector's team was back out at my house daily for about two more weeks installing the roof. Higher level supervisors from the company like Christian, Martin and others were regularly in touch and visited several times to make sure that the quality of the installation was up to their standards. Since I don't really know much about roofs there were a couple times when I was worried about the way several details looked. Hector was consistently patient with my questions and every single time his explanation for how he was installing the panels matched or exceeded the manufacturer recommendations I found online. My roof is significantly more complicated than I appreciated at the start of the project, but by the end I was confident that each valley, pitch change, and vent was expertly flashed and sealed. There was a small amount of additional work that needed to be done around some siding on the house, and the quality and the cost of that work were both fair. Metal roofs are a craft, and the details matter for the roof's long-term performance. Once the roof installation was done I asked an expert roofer I know to come out and provide a consultation for me about the quality of Pfeifer's work. He doesn't think very highly of roofers in general, but he was quite literally floored by the multiple signals of extremely high quality work he saw on my roof. Hector and his crew are excellent at what they do, and the whole team at Pfeifer are professional. There is a reason that they have so few CCB complaints for such a long tenure as a company: you can trust Pfeifer to install your metal roof the right way.

Even if you already have another roofer in mind, it's absolutely worth your time to get a quote from Moon Roofing for comparison. In April 2025, our offer on a house in South Salem was accepted. During the inspection, it was clear the roof needed to be replaced. Our real estate agent referred us to a roofer he knew, but I wanted a second opinion. After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to reach out to Moon Roofing. From my first call, the experience was impressive. Ariana answered the phone right away. I explained our situation and the urgency, and she promised to follow up within a couple of hours. Less than an hour later, she let me know that Armando would be stopping by that evening to inspect the roof, and that I'd have a quote the next day. Sure enough, the quote arrived early the next morning. The roofer referred by our agent also came out and provided a quote. Both companies quoted the same product (IKO Dynasty), and their prices were competitive with each other. After we closed in June, we asked both companies to re-quote the project using a higher-end material--Malarkey Windsor architectural shingles. Moon Roofing's updated quote was less than the other roofer's updated quote. The Malarkey shingles were special order and had about a two-week lead time. Armando managed to get the product in and installed just under that timeframe. He also replaced sixteen sheets of plywood and installed a new skylight, all for a very reasonable additional cost. We are thrilled with the final result and so glad we chose Moon Roofing. The quality, service, and value exceeded our expectations.

Scott quoted me 600-1500, and asked to come out the next day, not even looking at where I lived on a map. I couldn't do the next day and requested the following week, and he asked to come over the weekend. Then he increased his estimate by more than double, and made it sound like he was giving me a deal when he shaved a couple hundred off. After a lot of back and forth, he ended up saying he was coming and then not showing up just about 5 days in a row after realizing I lived further away than he thought and making excuse after excuse . He'd say he was coming, and text me 10 minutes before he said he'd be at my house telling me it wasn't happening, like I hadn't rearranged my entire day expecting him. To top all of this off, today I had to file a dispute against him with my credit card, because he's as of yet refused to refund me the $750 deposit he made me give him. He pushed me repeatedly to pay him via venmo or cash and now I'm SO happy I didn't because you can't dispute those payment methods. In the end, I got a different company to do the work for $2000, a full grand less than Scott quoted and it was done cleanly, quickly, and without issue. I would be extremely wary of hiring this company, they do not have it together.

He is crook and I assume a major tweaker from our conversations. DO NOT CALL THIS MAN, literally the worst!
