I had artificial turf installed at my house last year (Oct 2025). None of the installers who did…read morethe work spoke English, except for the foreman. That maybe a minor issue, but when you have a question, you always have to find the foreman or owner who both were not always available. After the installation, there were issues already obvious. The artificial turf showed obvious ripples, which I was told will go away when the artificial turf was brushed. Most of. the ripples went away after the turf was brushed in April 2025. After the artificial turf was brushed, the worker found the seams became real obvious and said had to be repaired. That was fixed by adding nails around the seams. After the nails were added, the seams still look obvious and the new nails became very visible and had be covered by green sand. That was another repair appointment I had to make. As the weather started getting warmer, the border for the artificial turf started warping. I'm still trying to get an appointment for that repair which I had been unsuccessful so far. Scheduling an appointment for follow-on repair or service has been a real challenge and frustrating. We had a lot of delays or no shows (with no notice). Lastly, the artificial turf and bordering were of poor quality. The artificial turf didn't settle firmly after it was installed. The bordering deteriorated in less than a year.

Happier then I could be. They did an amazing job removing all the stuff in our yard. Removed a good…read moreamount of old soil. Replaced with new quality soil. Fixed the lawn sloping we had back towards the home's foundation. They even gave us a bonus on doing a small section at no extra cost. All I can say is these are amazing. They even send text updates with photos of the progress. My new lawn is so beautiful my neighbors can't stop complimenting the beautiful work done. Most importantly for most they have great prices and even help with financing if needed.

We had some items that we weren't quite sure how they made it up in the attic in the first place due to their size and weight, let alone how we were going to get them down. After weeks of going back and forth on potential options we reached out to Bison Dump through their email contact form. They were quick to respond and set a time for removal of the items we listed, when our pile grew they replied that it wouldn't be a problem at all. Not knowing exactly how much our pile had grown, and knowing they had a collection after ours, they arrived a half hour early and asked if they could get started a little early. Noel stays engaged in every step and aspect of the project and kept us informed of timelines, even through difficulties with the city inspector and arborist.
