We had Aspen Creek design and install a specialized equestrian irrigation system. The system was…read moresupposed to be protected from freezing but the lines were not pitched properly so several lines did not drain back out as designed. Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

The price was very reasonable for the originally planned work, but in the end it turned out to be a great value for everything they did to get it perfect for us. Jesus is extremely nice and approachable, and he was excellent with communication and check-ins. As soon as they finished the backyard landscaping job today, I signed another contract for them to do our fencing, and we're planning on having them back to improve our sprinkler system next Spring.

They arrived just after 8, got right to work removing the old fence and worked straight through until 3:30. The gates came complete with locking latches and keys. Hayden gave me a lesson in how to lock the gates from either or both sides. They are so cool. The team totally cleaned up and removed all construction debris. Except for the new fencing you would never know they had been here. This is the second fencing project OnPoint has completed for us and should we need more work to be done they will receive a call back. Thanks guys.

OnPoint built us a 100 ft chain link fence along a creek side during a rainstorm. Dog on the Job LLC took a look at the front and back yards, gave me a quote, and when they did the work, they did an AMAZING job. My property looked GREAT. They really came through for me. Their yard work entailed digging up 3 trees, trimming the bushes, removing blackberry from my vines, cleaning up the walkway, cleaning up the small water feature, cleaning up the flower bed from all the weeks/grass, cleaning up another larger garden bed from all the tall plants and weeds, and pressure washing the back patio. The quality of the service I got was definitely worth what I paid for the work. I will definitely be using them on future yard jobs and I highly recommend them for any yard work anyone has!
