I had an unusual offer that required some additional work to figure out but they handled it with aplomb. Mike and Sunny took the time to respond to several emails and calls over the course of a couple of days, answering all questions and promising to find an answer if they had none. Once we got there to sign the paperwork, we were greeted by Shawn. He is very lighthearted and jovial and just a nice dude. He took the time to give us a quick rundown of the features of the vehicle, making sure we knew everything we needed to know about how to operate it. It was then revealed to us that they didn't actually have one of the accessories that we had asked for, but they had sent someone to drive to Toledo to acquire it from another dealership, and that he would be back any minute. Talk about going above and beyond. Finally, we met with Sunny to sign all the paperwork, and she was such a joy to work with. Very personable and kind, we honestly spent half the time just talking and telling personal stories. After all was said and done, Sunny handed us the keys and we went out to the car to find Shawn running the AC to cool it down for us. We said goodbye and started the drive back to Fort Wayne. Oh, and did I mention that everyone stayed 2 hours after close to make sure we were all set and good to go? Unbelievable service!

I told him what the issue was and he said he had an idea what it was he hooked his computer to my outboard and told me that I had two bad batteries. These people were so nice. I was informed upon picking up my car that I did not have brake lights. I figured out that the problem was under the dash. I found that none of the wires had been tied up and that one had fell between the brake peddals pivot and shorted out. I repaired the burnt wire and went into Tune Town to talk to them about the problem and ask them to clean up the wiring and any further problems it caused.
